I'm with Suncorp too, I went thru a broker. The broker was in QLD, which might have helped getting the insurance, as they probably send a lot of business to Suncorp. But I'm in Canberra (low risk) so it might have been a totally different story if I'd been in Sydney

oh god yes! how much fun would it be having a fang around bathurst!! but due to having a stockers car, crap tyres, brake pads that are due to be replaced, no helmet, no fire extinguisher, and no CAMS L2S licence...I'll have to say no oh, and i've never raced my car anywhere before and would look like a slow-arsed idiot there's another reason

yeah I'll be getting General admission too. It's pretty good though...there's heaps of spots to watch ...and i like wandering around too.. besides, after airfares, hotels, car hire etc..i can't really afford a grandstand If anyone's planning on going Sunday only...grab a ticket from Ticketek on the way if you can! The queues at the gate on race day are HUGE!

aren't there heaps of importers in Melbourne? why don't you just ring one and ask them to recommend a compliancer for you to get in touch with? try j-spec www.j-spec.com.au or upi www.upimports.com.au both those guys are on this forum..
