If it happens again just turn the turbo timer off and don't bother with it.... honestly, you don't need it. If it doesn't happen after that then you've solved the problem.

The slip light is your traction control.... when it senses loss of traction and kicks in, the light will usually flash a few times then go away. As for your other problem, no idea, but it could be something weird happening with the turbo timer? At least it hasn't happened again

You can get your ACT licence and drive around in a NSW car.... you have 3 months to change the rego over so if you get asked, say you just moved here and haven't gotten around to it yet. Which is the truth! And as Troy said you can get away with longer than 3 months lol

I've taken 2 Skylines over with no dramas (however, others have had different outcomes ) .... all depends, what's the car? is it modified? If you're talking about a normal, unmodified car, it will just be all the normal basic stuff. Tyres, lights, brakes etc
