haha yeah probably but if it passes a VIC roadworthy it might be in with a shot... VIC is supposedly more strict than us! You're not even allowed 2 intake mods there (ie, can't have a front mount AND a pod!)

Correct. I bought my R34 from VIC and the guy was going to get one but I said not to bother. Maybe your buyer just wants to see if it can pass VIC rego to give him an idea of what he might get picked on with ACT rego (I know the rules are different).

sorry but this cracked me up... was picturing it in my head I've had a few close calls.... looked down at something and then back up to find a car with it's indicator on stopped to turn right in front of me... have been pretty impressed with my evasive manoeuvres though locked up, but managed to flick the car sideways and JUST miss the stopped car, and then straighten up again without losing control. Did the same thing for a few roos, but that's not a "distraction accident"... the f**kers have just appeared in the middle of the road when I've come over a hill or around a corner.

Nah there's heaps of R34 GT-T's... don't stress. They are RWD. You definately don't have to ship the car to Japan for oil changes lol any mechanic can do that - they're just a car! If you can't get to a meet up, there are plenty of import car yards/workshops that should have some for sale on the lot.... you can check them out there. Also, I'm not sure where you're planning on living, but insurance can be a killer, so if you're young and won't have secure garaging expect to pay LOTS.

yayyy Reece! haha it's the first time I've had a "spare" car (even if its a stockers POS) so I don't have to worry about how I'm getting to work on Monday if anything breaks!!
