  1. if u tune it right, it should be fine at that boost and even higher ;-)
  2. refer to my last post in the foloowing thread, http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...&threadid=18122 cheers.
  3. Steve & all, correct. there was a comparison done in Zoom Magazine (issue ???) where they used the Trust T67 (oil-cooled, bush-bearing turbo) & Apexi RX6 (ball-bearing turbo) on the same car, where the Apexi was found to give almost 20rwkw more mid-range power but lacked in top end due to having a smaller exhaust housing. power made with the T67 was about 304rwkw at 1.5Bar with a nice fat power curve, whereas the Apexi made about ~280rwkw with (as mentioned) better mid-range power. Can't remember off the top of my head which issue it was. will check and reply here. Also, fyi, i believe fullboost was seen at about 4500rpm with the T67. cheers.
  4. INASNT, the slicks have actually been sold and i found out that they wouldn't fit under a skyline's guards.
  5. not sure, but fyi, they fit under a VL ok and from what i know, skylines are quite ok when trying to fit wide tyres. no pics for the moment.
  6. Hi all, i am advertising these for a friend as he doesn't have access to these forums. he is selling a pair of 26x10x15" Mickey Thompson drag racing slicks which have 45-50% tread left on them. They have worked well enough to get a VL into the mid 9's. tyres are in melbourne. price : $350 PM me or reply here if interested.
  7. my mistake, sorry.
  8. Jet, he did mention a bigger turbo
  9. Leewah, nothing's been mentioned on Mario's website and are u sure it's this weekend, it might be on the 21st for the 4,6 & Rotary shootout at heathcote. btw, they were apparently having clutch issues on tuesday. check it out. http://www.exvitermini.com
  10. thanks dude, how did u find dealing with nengun? who would u recommend though?
  11. details please????
  12. INASNT, which one of the three dealers you mentioned above do you feel most comfortable dealing with?

    T04 in RB20

dude, this might be of interest for you as the turbo has T04 internals along T03 A/R 0.65 exhaust housing which should bolt up to the RB20 manifold flange. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...&threadid=15313
  14. Michael, Escort Cossie, well now you've just made me jealous, i've always loved the cossies not to mention the escorts. they are a very very nice car with the lot when it comes to looks, power, handling, luxury, etc. good stuff dude, send some pics over if you don't mind - [email protected] btw, my mate said that the injectors shuld be able to fit as they are also low impedance, o-ring type injectors, although you might need to change the actual o-ring which isn't such a big deal. //gorjan (RS500)
  15. The Dog, click on the link below for the HKS GT2530 specs http://www.hksusa.com/products/?id=704 btw, i believe that HKS also use Garrett compressor wheels as i've done a few comparisons b/w similar spec HKS and garrett turbos and funnily anough the wheel trims and dimensions were the same. The only difference i saw was that the HKS GT turbos used smaller A/R compressor housings which could explain why they are more responsive than the equivalent garrett turbos. once again, this is only my opinion and i could be wrong. cheers
  16. mtam22, i'll have to find out from my friend and get back to you. btw, i noticed you have 'Cossie' listed in your profile, which model do you own?
  17. not sure kaotik, i will have to find out although, what kind of connectors does the R33 fuel rail have? what impedance are the factory injectors?
  18. Hi all, i am advertising these for a friend. he is selling an almost brand new set of 6 (low impedance - 2.5 ohms) Rochester injectors which are rated at 800cc/min. they were bought brand new and fitted to a VL turbo and only run on the dyno for a few pulls where they were found to be too small as he is chasing big horsepower (400+ rwkw & 9s 1/4 mile times). price : $900 fitting : o-ring if interested, please reply here or PM me.
  19. INASNT, Hikari is a sponsor on PF and runs his own business. people have mentioned good things about him and said doing business with him was great. check his website, they have heaps of good parts available.
  20. inasnt, check this out, you might just find what you want. http://board.performanceforums.com/forums/...readid=67151342
  21. the original nissan bearings work rather well IMHO, along with the Nissan head gasket. although, you'd like to talk to matlowth (on here) as he's gone thru this on his R33.
  22. good theory Sydneykid, it looks like you've been reading Issue No. 63 of Zoom, good stuff ;-)
  23. what does that have to do with me or kris? what car does your mate have? btw, i don't have any stickers on my car.
