  1. CAR IS NOW $7000 FIRM IF IT SELLS BY NEXT WEEKEND, AS I HAVE FOUND A CAR I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE.
  2. i will also try to upload pics of damage soon.
  3. Might be interested in swaps for something , so just let me know what you have. cheers also please take into account, car does need probably a respray and a couple of dents fixed to make it good condition again damage as follows: right hand rear quarter panel , and left hand rear quarter panel , roof has abit of paint fading, and would benefit a respray as well. i bought the car with dmged left hand quarter panel , and was gonna fix it , but some idiot backed into my right hand as well, while it was parked one day, and didn't leave details, so i can't be bothered fixing it , just gonna look at spending abit more money and purchasing a newer car.
  4. Hey all i have a s1 r33 skyline, for sale, as im looking to buy a 34 possibly, im selling for $8000 ono, the link below is the original sale add but i will be updating it shortly. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/19...70#entry5141170 please note car has currently got stock rims on it, and also exaust has been changed to a full 3" TBE and has been decatted, car has got a couple of dents , and will probably need a respray , and car odo currently shows 182,000 on the clock , but engine has been serviced reguarly, and is also getting another service this weekend, car goes well, not leaking any oil or fluids etc. any more info please don't hesitate to pm me. Thanks Peter this is just the start for my ad i will update it when i have abit more time with pictures and stuff, but please look at the above link for pictures of the car.
  5. definitely worth getting all your up and down and around and around bits balanced, including ur clutch and harmonic balancer, which gets bolted to your crank... i know sydneykid recommends it.. and thats good enough for me
  6. yeh it was roughly ?/8/07 onwards.. they are easily to pick as the crank angle sensor is a black plastic and not the silver aluminium of the earlier models.. its meant to have a r34 exhaust cam not the inlet .. which has a smaller duration and higher lift.. but when i had my head completely dissembled the lobes measured exactly the same and they were both smaller than the lobes on the gtr head, so i would guess that the different cam is just an incorrect assumption based on the fact the cas has the 34 style join to the cam. hope that helps Jarrod

    Ipad Use

lol , who the hell could be bother hauling that piece of crap around , just like the iphone just massive, and no special features compared to the iphone, better off just hauling a laptop around , what a waste of money those things are lol
  9. interesting , ive never heard of nulon , but im also new to the skyline market , and not too sure on the oil to use to service my car, but ill have a look into it now.
  10. glad i got my licence when i did . laws these days for provisional drivers, and obtaining drivers licences are getting way too ridiculous
  11. for anyone that might be interested , this thread has alot more update pics of the car in its current state, as mentioned needs abit of TLC, would be a shame to see this car go to waste, i hope someone has more time and funds to get this car back to its show room state http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/To...Ca-t316896.html
  12. this car is now owned by myself, but needs a bit of work , just a airbag replaced on front suspension , and needs a few touchups, but its now for sale at 9k ono, i will also look into swaps so let me know what you have , as im after a cheaper car , possibly with cash my way please pm me for details if you are interested. cheers
  13. the way i look at it , still alot safer in a skyline with RWD or any car with RWD for that matter, than any FWD car, lol , but yer im new to the whole boost and rwd in the wet , and still learning how to drive safely in the wet , but all im doing and same advice as said before, just slowing down abit sooner, leaving more braking distance between you and other cars, and taking off abit slower, seems to be working pretty well at the moment
  14. some very interesting points here, ive learned a few new things, good thread
