Hey guys, looking at tyring to replace the centre in my r33 (series 2 3x2 bolt) with a S15 centre complete with its 3x2 shafts. wondering if I would need a new back to the diff?? and if it would bolt straight up using the s15 half shafts?? any recommendations? looking to get a lower final drive ratio... i've currently got the r33 auto 4.363 looking to go down to something around 3.6... cheers

+1 to the wrapping, coil packs are notorious for this.... also with the spark plugs make sure they are gapped to 0.8

My skyline has the same thing.... It slowly whistles and it gets faster until it just goes away n the aircon gets colder..... I dunno if I have a leak or I need a regas... might be the AC condensor as well.... :S

Yeh camber is the problem but R33's do need the camber kit as there is no other way of adjusting it.... I've got mine pulling left cuz of it but am waiting to replace the whole setup.

hey mate, Yeh nulon g70 gbox and diff treatment works a charm, helped mine stop clunking into second when its cold. cheers

Hey Guys, Just been scouring the forums to try and get hold of this piece as the bloke before me managed to crack it and sikaflexed it back together.. as it says in the title I'm after the two piece plastic surround that goes around the steering coloumn and ignition barrel. Hey guys, Thinking of doing this to my daily driver... just wondering if you could clear some stuff up for me as ive read through the thread and there seem to be alot of different ideas. What sort of total shimm should I be looking for?? (2.0mm - 2.8mm?) Is it better to leave the old shimms in and simply add the extra shimms or to pull the old ones out and replace them with bigger single shimms on either side? Lastly should I load up each side with the same amount ( 1.2mm either side) or doesn't it really affect it? Much appreciated guys n awesome writeup. Cheers
