This cruise will be tomorrow, Saturday the 25th. We're expecting about 50 odd cars at the first meet at Wow Sight and Sound. Please make sure you bring your own food on the day, some suggestions were to bring somethings for a BBQ or even some Sandwitches. We will be connected to UHF Channel 1 for the day so those who have them please bring them along. Tory in the White Supercharged Corolla will be at the back of the cruise to ensure every arrives safely and I'll be a Midnight Purple R33 with the plates MRR33 leading the cruise. I think another member will be bring drinks on the day they will be $1 each for a cold can. For those who haven't got there GoVia tag, you can either buy them at some Service Stations, or jumping onto GoVia.com.au. If you don't have your tag on the day you will need to pay your toll within 3 days, so don't worry you can still come! Everyone please behave on the cruise, this is no race and we're looking to have a good day out without any idiots on the road, I'll keep it simple - if you're tempted to be a idiot don't come and if you are I will shame you on the Forums. Hey champ, Be nice to see some fellow Skylines out and about on the day, this is posted on a few diffrent websites but I've just been updating the atendee list on BoostCruising as it's been the most active topic. Looking at over 40 cars now so should be a really good day out. Not too sure what McGnarly is doing, waiting to hear back from him, but everything is planned from the first meet point in the thread anyhow. Was a really good cruise, for those that came the whole way from Springwood onwards was awesome, thanks to everyone else who met up along the way also! Awesome roads and nice views thats for sure. Nice to meet you all too and hope to do it again sometime StreetFame33

Can't edit, so here it is: Long Weekend Queens Birthday Cruise Sunday 7th of June 2009 After a few days of planning a Long Weekend Cruise, we have finally come up with an idea for a Sunday Day Cruise that will finish up at Somerset Dam, quite a nice location next to the water. We will meet at Springwood A-Mart (Previously known as Springwood Old Ikea) at 7:30AM and we will depart at 8:00AM sharp, we need to leave by this time to ensure we arrive at Somerset Dam on time to allow enough car parks for all the cars that will be attending. I will be driving a midnight purple R33 Skyline with the plates MRR33 so if anyone wants to come up that have a question or just to say hi feel free to as i don't bite ...much I ask everyone to please behave on this cruise, and remember that this is not a race to who gets there first, it is a nice two hour drive which will encounter a great finish point at the end of the drive. Please ensure you arrive at the first location with a full tank of fuel and make sure you all check your oil, water, tyre pressure etc the day before the cruise ..oh and make sure you wash it too There are BBQ's at Somerset Dam on site, but we encourage one or two people to bring a portable BBQ they are happy to share amoug us all just incase they are all being used or are not working. I belive McGnarly is bring a portable BBQ so thanks for that Nice and early start so we can get there at a decent time of the morning as it will be roughly a two hour drive and ensure we get enough car parks as we're expecting a decent turnout for the Long Weekend Cruise. There will be a Fuel Stop, but only for those who need fuel because there will be not enough space for all the cars to park there however others will continue along and we will all re-group at Fernvale Township for a quick bite to eat and to stretch your legs before our final push to Somerset Dam. Should be a pretty good day, hope to see a few of you guys out on Sunday We're looking at over 50 cars last time I counted how many people were keen to come along to the Somerset Dam Cruise, so it'll be a big day out. We've got a photographer for the day who will be taking photos of all the rides that'll be out and about, also got a couple of us who'll be bringing drinks that will be sold for $1 on the day and also got someone brining a BBQ just incase they are all taken when we do get there.
