exactly..... the GTS-t or GT-T is just a cheap version of a GT-R of a GT-R wanabe driver... some people cant drive manual............. ive known people who buy auto sports cars to let their family members drive it also whom cant drive a manual. like you said...."dont care about driving the whole driving experience" well having a GT-T isnt worth having because its NOTHING like a GT-R so either you should buy a REAL thing or buy nothing at all....... see dude....... theres nothing wrong with automatic some people even prefer it...... people can say the same about YOUR car dude.........................................

why? nothing wrong with automatic.... well, i would never understand people that buy GT-T or GTS-Ts or GTS skylines or any other cheap skyline and not a GT-R either.. see?

DONT BOTHER well let me ask you a question FIRST.... have you ever THOUGHT about the security having something to do with this?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!? how many secure carparks over sydney or even over seas....with CCTV camera & boom gates etc. with cars stolen and the security either never seen the footage or never heard anything.....etc etc. you know... they may even be getting paid under the belt for all you know?! i wouldnt not leave my car in anyones hands......especially security guards.... if its your car........its your responsibility.......... why do you even bother parking in a parkling lot? park on the street..... anywhere you park, there is a risk...............and thats a RISK you gotta take if you ignore that fact. and if it does get stolen? stiff shit......shouldnt of drove it there in the first place....... or your just gonna have to accept it and claim it on your insurance? (UNnless you dont even have comprehensive insurance?!?!?!?!??!) wait, leme guess.....your probably paying third party 700$ per anum from just cars......instead of $4,000?! serisouly....nothing you can make them do.... say they improve their security...... and what?.......your telling me from then on....your gonna TRUST your beloved car in thier hands?! mate....the car is the safest in your own drive way......

well put it this way......... you can get booked/defected for ANYTHING!... in australia your not supposed to boost your car....have exposed air filters, BOVs, Aftermarket exhausts... and did you know Turbo timers are also a defect?, larger fuel injectors can also be a defect, due to it exceeding the cars stock emission levels. look.....most people get away with these things...... im sure there are weekend cars that are highly modified... so since your a p-plater...you'll be more of a centre of attention. so if you wana mod something........dont think about the cops...... otherwise you may as well NOT get anything done and leave it stock. think about it dude, your neons are a defect.....if they see its hooked up.... your 18" rims are also a defect cause few inches over the allowed size...... so id say just get an exhaust....get it sounding better..... that would be the most common exhaust for Skylines....... as well as an Aftermarket air filter.....

well my philosophy with R34 GT-R all these years was..... the Majority of people who actually WANT that car...... CAN'T afford it. because its generally the younger people whom would want that car... And generally for the people who CAN afford it.......DON'T end up getting a car like that. because, for e.g at its current market value (60,000+/-).. if you really look around on the roads...theres actually ALOT of cars that is worth more than that. practically any brand new BMW 3 Series is worth that amount. Most Mercs, Audi, Lexus exceed that price too. look at the Lexus SC430 Convertible for e.g...im sure you see them around here and there. they look just as simple like an Honda S2000... but its worth $168,000, so that person couldve bought 2 R34 GT-Rs... but people just simply dont. im not sure the statistics with import scene...... but it seems like the importers dont do too well with R34 GT-Rs..im guessing due to the price and recession.... coz remember the V-spec 1 bayside blue GT-R at E & M imports in Fivedock? that was sitting there for nearly 2 years. their prices seemd a bit high for it but then again...after the aussie dollar went kaput...it actually sits at a decent price @ 55,000$ i think importers sell alot more S15 Silvias, Skyline GTS & GT-Ts...

what state are you in? well put it this way Injectors can be tested with a multi meter...... if your interested PM me and ill explain to you how.. other wise......... YES........ that mechanic sounds like a dead-beat... which workshop is it by the way? its interesting to know this..and may warn other people.......(or maybe even other people have run-ins with him) but id say take it to someone more reputable... coz i think hes either taking you for a ride.....or hes just replacing things by guessing........... thats not the way to do it

i know what you mean but the thing is.....no matter what car is manufactured... no matter how ugly or how slow it is on the market....someone is bound to buy it & your bound to see one driving around. and 370Z is an awsome N/A sports car........so im sure not 101% of the people out there would prefer the GT-R. especially the way it was worded on this website on the first post. being a skyline thread...your pretty much know your answer already.....people who own GTS-T or GT-Ts really HAIL the GT-R and worship Godzilla. so in that car he shouldve asked "who here ACTUALLY prefers the 370Z over the GT-R"? cause the result we saw was just quite boring....all you hear is "GTR GTR GTR GTR GTR GTR" so it was intresting to read what iamhe77 wrote

some gearbox set ups can sound like a supercharger...... the Supra JZA80 6-speed Getrag can actually have a spooling whistle... but the sound you hear in the video, is definately the turbo....... my guess is the type of low quality video camera used..... .... video cams can make things sound different than to the real thing

31,000$...... what made you want the R34 GT-T? The R33 GTR looks much more aggressive, although the engine is going to be dated. if properly tuned the performance compared to the GT-T is worlds apart.

i couldnt agree any more it depends....... if a car has been submerged in water.....especially through flooding whilst transporting...the engine is GONE in a day! The engine is pretty much like the clutch.....it depends on how you drive it. it could last up to years...depending on how often it is driven........ but you could destroy a clutch in 1 day if you ride it all day long

well since we cant see the car..... can you tell us what sort of mods you have? from the sounds of it so far.... when you boost up....theres some sort of surge....... but obvisouly when you back off the boost.......it runs ok? well have you ever through of the fuel system? i remember someone having an issue with boosting with modifications......but end up having a blocked/dirty fuel filter.......which caused a surge. what about your fuel pump?.....does it cater for what mods or how much your boosting? im guessing you have stock motor but winding up the boost? try give us a bit more info

well firstly, this is a forum.....everyone is entitiled to their own opinions...there isnt a right or wrong in a persons perspective. and secondly, your cut cause i pointed out some facts in your R34 GT-R thread? if your gonna have any hard feelings about anything then you shouldnt be on here. cant you take a little criticism?, obviously if you read through the whole post of yours again.....im not the only one who thinks that way. im not gonna bother arguing, but maybe YOU...should "seriously" have a think about it.

no, the first one was a success... made a profit in the box office and giving them initiative to produce the 2nd one....which in a way made a profit also but got a pretty bad rating..... the 3rd was considered a failure in the film series...

well im not 100% sure about the R34 GT-T but i know the R34 GT-R has a whole list of differences.. not major changes but plenty to list.... like the radio, bonnet underlining....paint ECU cover, door trim, interior colour & many more

how much would your audi TT sell for? as you didnt mention which model you have...... id personally wouldnt bother with any GT-T either manual or auto... if you get decent amount back....id save and get the GT-R R34......ull never look back but i would personally prefer the R33 GT-R over the newer R34 GT-T any day...
