well thats the scary thing Tezza...... especially your car...your R34 GT-R wouldve been a prized catch of the decade for them! and theres nothing else to do you see but to drive off or get out to exchange details.....but you dont know who is who in the car.....what if someone legitimently bumped you? well what will you do if someone bumped your car at night after work, and your car being a relitively expensive car to own and repair?

the other thing u might want to consider is getting a Cool air intake duct or cover... pods are a good thing, but the advantages of a factory air filter system over a POD is being enclosed...only forcing cool air in... a poorly designed pod especially forces hot air in the engine bay as well as the hot air being passed through the fins of the radiator......

driving today...... i thought id let everyone know here. On hume Hwy westbound around Yagoona area.... an XR8 2006 model GTP... Green coloured, with "GTP" sticker with stripes running along the side... slightly lowered with attractive rims... green Licence plate no#: "XR8-1LA" or was it "XR8-ILA" Racing sticker on the back windscreen & custom chrome decals on the rear bumper near licence plate indicating something about XR8s... very dark window tinting & even personal decorations hanging off the rear-view mirror, being that dark....that was the only thing i could see in there. but i did notice a really long vertical antenna approx 1.2m high bolted on the rear boot. BEWARE! of this vehicle... I'm not 100% certain but it is very suspicious...especially that antenna...apparently thats the only thing you can notice on the exterior. and a friend of mine has actually sworn this car has pulled people over on the M5.

trust me.............ACA is more keen on revealing stories of HOONS and drag racing...............rather than undercover cops jumping the gun to do thier job. plus the public would approve more of what the cops are doing than some p-plater hoon that is about to kill someone with speed. i know where your coming from, but looking at it in the publics perspective.....im sure they would encourage the cops. think about......only the HOONS and idiots that dont give 2 shits about harming others are getting fired up about it....

i recall the R34 GTT workshop manual had a section on how to change bulbs in the instrument & also how to adjust the Brightness level. try download the workshop manual. also the Aftermarket Nismo white instrument cluster is alot brighter.

not too sure on that one but why dont you try the VL forum..theres some with RB26detts........ but no offence..... seirously...ive always wondered.....why would anyone bother with doing this?... where as with all the money spent...you could probably buy a decent R32 GT-R. and look 100 times better?! but i guess your choice is none of my buisness...

so thats something to watch out for on the r34 gtr... if it has an aftermarket ecu and 1 key only.................. when purchasing the car...also keep in mind to allow a price on buying a genuine ECU to program some extra keys i beleive thats what your trying to tell me?

that seems like a fair call......... since his brother has wet dreams about GT-R..... since he wont be able to afford one for the next 5 years at least i think this is so far the best one.

i see why dont you like the apexi power fx? is there anything wrong with them? i suppose any nissan dealer has the consult 2 to do this if i was to buy a new JDM genuine key?

well im from a skyline forum and im saying "supra" lol lets put it this way.... GT-R is gods gift to man.............i am a BIG time GTE-R fan, with a passion.... but Supra TT is proven to be a much more effective and efficient killer than the GTS-T.

does it stall from "P" to "D" after start up?

you mentioned JZA80...thats the Model of the supra..... a Mr2 does not even compare in speed or accelration of the JZA80 2JZ-GTE. you havent proved a point in your post, you knocked the Non-turbo supra.......and so have i...........and most of all ...so did Supralicious...thats the point of this thread...how he wants to change to somethign else. the supra TT is much more efficiant, powerful & miles more responsive to modifications than the RB25DET, RB20DET..that you have mentioned. to many tuners, the 2JZ-GTE in HIGH horsepower output...is much more favoured than the RB26DETT even........

exaclty, i know that you couldve just said ..2JZ-GTE from a TT supra..... rather than sounding fancy saying Aristo.....LOL most people in aust dont know what that car is...... and if u want a 2JZ-GTE from the specific ARISTO............good luck in finding one.... from a wrecked supra TT would be much more efficient and practical dude.................. lol "aristo"

well true to some extent......like a 1994 Skyline GTS-25t stock exterior looks horrific! but its wrong to stick GT-R badges on. as you can see with the R34...its alot harder to imitate, due to different bonnet and grill. slightly different headlights as well...... thats why you dont see many cheap imitation GT-Ts out there.....

well aristo TT uses the 2JZ-GTE! so does the supra....... same thing,...
