well, i ended up going with TWIN HKS 2835 52t turbos. being BB turbos they feel heaps stronger to the Group A N1's that i used to run. maxed out on injectors now 366awkw on 1.3bar with the new setup was impressive. but now jumping right in a going CP forgies, Rods, 272 with 10.2lift cams, hks fuel rail, 700cc injectors and new valves. im having trouble chasing down the valves, anyone know any places ? also need new rings on the forgies so im chasing them down too.

Gav, mine makes about the same power as yours. i have twin hks 2835's 52t on the dyno we ran 1.3bar but took it back to 1.2bar because im still running cast pistons and the injectors are maxing out. the next step is going to cost a fair wack unless someone is selling a rb26 with fogies etc

what does the form say ? on the front it should have a cross on one of the following 1 ) cease using the vehicle after _____am/pm pm __/__/__ until replacements,repairs or alterations set out below have been carried out. 2) produce the vehicle for a full Certificate of Inspection.Safty Certificate inspection at an approved inspection station. 3 ) produce the vehicle for further inspection of the defects set out below at/to (what ever the copa writes mine have said Goldcoast traffic Branch coomera) at/by __/__/__ or by appointment. which one of those have been selcted ? then obove all that if should say Defect Classification Self Clearance [ ] Minor [ ] Major [ ] Major (dangerous - label affixed) [ ] those options relate to info on the other side of the notice and explain what u have to do to get it all sorted out. i cant belive this thread is still going thats so cool. i gave up on the GT-SS. I went much larger turbos in the end. i couldnt justify spending so much $$ on little turbos. if you want instant power and no lag go the GT-SS or just by a V8 and wack a supercharger on it

doesnt seem to be working to crash hot, it just sliding all over the shop in 1st gear. i have crappy nankan 265s on all 4 atm but they just arnt sticky. bought two brigston so-2's 285s cheap thought it might help stablise the rear end a little. might have to find some 265-30-18s for the front now.

any pics of the intercooler ?

same earth point i use. good qualtiy stuff there DD very cool stuff. u could port that box, might give a nicer bass hit.

what size rubber are you planning on sticking to them ? 225 235 245 255 ?

just a quick question to do with the 4WD system in gtrs. i want to know if i fit lower profile tires on the rear of the car, will it start throwing power to the front wheels when it doesnt need to ? i know that with mercs if u fit diffrent size tires on the back, the cars *ESP* system pics up the wheels are not spinning at the same time so it use's its *ESP* to try and fix it. i have 265-35-18 on the front and want to put my 285-30-18s on the rear of the GTR. i know its prolly a STUPID question but just not too sure if it would b ok or not.

yes they sit open at idle, which makes tunning a hell of alot easyer. ask any one that tunes gtrs with AFM's. if you have bigger than stock turbos or BB turbos its hard to get the idle right with an aftermarked BOV. i had that problem when i got the new turbos on mine, they couldnt get the idle right, because the BB turbos are still spinning damm quick after a bit of wide open throttle. i also see it as helping the turbos as well, the plumb back system flows air after the intercooler back into the intake. so its breathing in cooler air just my 2c anyway.
