  1. And I am highly concerned about the message this clip is trying to convey: http://bilgalleri.dk/html/vid_vis.asp?VideoID=4428 very topical given that the warmer months are upon us!
  2. I like the "building sincere and long-term business relationships with you", shows they really care!!
  3. I a bog stock turbo, I wouldn't bother, someone that knows what they are doing needs to adjust [probably bend] your actuator arm, if the turbo is hiflowed etc then it would be worth it to get an adjustable one, otherwise I'd save my $$$and just get a better turbo or hiflow to start with.
  4. I always come on SAU FI to buy all my shoes.
  5. Up the Mighty 'Pies!!!
  6. you need to pull the turbo off and see whats missing first, it will only go through the motor if its the compression side, if its the exhaust side it will be in the front dump or cat. Your noise could be coming from the cat or even the turbo rear housing and just sounds like the motor. I wouldn't be pulling motors apart until you know for sure.
  7. Yeah, but they aren't bolt up. The Garrett's are all custom water, oil and dump and sometimes a 10mm plate and yes I've been there, I have a 3076.
  8. The HKS 2835 Pro S is another option. And it comes in kit form. But bang for bucks and growth potential its hard to go past the 3076 with the 0.82 rear, look at this: http://www.turbobygarrett.com/turbobygarre...bochargers.html and go shopping.
  9. It helped a lot when they passed the law re turbo's and 'P' platers........... I'm with Mafia, 3037/3076/30r and plumbed back. If you go the screamer you'll won't be able to afford any more mods, you'll be to busy paying off your fines. And if you put it on stands, drain the oil out, that way it doesn't leak [i even took those pesky pistons and crank out, it makes it much lighter to jack up on the stands].
  10. Water is usually white white, oil is a blue white [if that makes any sense??]
  11. The heavy and rough running??? Still needs looking at.
  12. STUTUT.............Ohh I get it Sif Arfrica............to STUTUT you turn the key, hope that helps.
  13. Buy a morris minor......you'll be so stoked that it is going you won't want to modify it. And every time you think about it it will break down on you and rob you of the chance anyway!!! Otherwise, go the Gts30t.
  14. This is pressurised air trying to go somewhere, boosted air you now don't require because you have backed off/slowed down quickly. The thought is that this air slows your spool up time when you plant the foot again. It might sound faster, but thats about all it is......sound.
  15. If it was cold and when you first started it up, c'mon, oil pressure will go to 8 and your car will be a bit rough until it warms up. If its happening when its warm, thats a different story.
  16. I thought I read somewhere about a blitz system that did this, but I could be wrong, try having a look on the web?
  17. ^^^^^at the expense of show over go!!!
  18. Hard to get, not even sure what grade or weight, I'd need the brand grade and weight first. ie Motul Gear Oil 90 PA SAE90 or Motul Gear Competition 75W140???? I'm thinking that the Gear Competition would be the go, but would like to be sure, tearing the teeth off a diff is NOT on my list of things to do..........lol
