I think i like that description - 'custard bums' ----- I bet they listen to Vanilla Ice and think its soooo kewl!! I must remind myself to buy shares in a hair gel company though, its a get rich quick scheme.

I always remember someone telling me about how the lower class/poor/uneducated/unintelligent [delete whichever is inapplicable] have large families while the other end of society have on average 1.5 kids. The theory is that humanity is spiralling downwards because over time our collective average intelligence is abrogated - being 'watered down'. When I look at shots like these I start to nod my head in an involuntarily accession................sad isn't it.

Thanks for that, and the trouble I have is that there is only one exhaust shop in my town, and the word decent doesn't spring to mind when thinking of it!!! I seem to remember one of the guys on the forum here advising that he could supply pipe - if only my memory was better. But at least I have a start.

I'm after a stainless steel 3" dump and external wastegate pipe to suit an R33 and a hks cast low mount manifold. Alternatively I'm also very interested in 3" [75mm] and 4" [100mm] stainless steel pipe suppliers. Then I can buy the bends and bits to make my own.

Can anyone tell me a supplier they know of/have used for 3" and 4" stainless steel pipe. I want straight, bends, etc so I can make up my own dump/wastegate pipe for a GT30R [on a hks cast low mount].

Just as an aside, the GM diesel trucks [dirty GM's they are called], run a supercharger and turbocharger together. They are a V6 and make as much power with this setup as much bigger motors. Oh and they are two stroke deisels as well. Downside is they do like a drink!!!!! PS They have been around for a long time, +30 years, I'll do a search and confirm when they first came out to confirm that, but I drove one at least 30 years ago [there goes my age now].

The trouble with the leaf blower idea is getting an extension cord long enough!!!! Actually could you imagine it, you open the bonnet and start up your Husqvarna two stroke, then close the bonnet [which has been modified to allow a blower to sit in the engine bay], then walk round and get in and start 'er up. While wanking around down the main drag the cops pull you up and decide to go over your car for defects. The look on their face when you turn the motor off and you can still hear the two stroke revving................and then you pop the bonnet. It'd almost be worth doing it and having a mate capture it all on vid for you tube.
