Hey guys,
Who would you suggest to see for Kumho tyres, preferably Southside/Logan area.
I'll be calling Option1, but not sure if they still deal with them much, so I'm looking for
some other options closer to home.
Cheers guys. It probably is a bit aggressive for a daily, so I think I may have to reassess my options.
Would I be correct in saying (F) 18 x 9 +30 ® 18 x 10 +35 would fit ok?
Hey guys,
Been looking at maybe getting some Touchdown TD136 rims from Cartel for my 33GTST.
How easily could I fit (F) 18x9.5+22 ® 18x10.5+25??
Also, does anyone have any of these rims on their car that they have a photo of??
Cheers all.
Thanks all for the day. I had a blast out there.
I ended up getting 12 runs in with a best of 13.739.
And how could I forget- a very big thank you to the organisers!!!
I am in!!
Just transferred money for x2 cars (myself + my mate Rob in his Evo).
Looking forward to this. It's been two years since i last went to a drag day, and im keen as to get back out there.
They are not just a performance shop.
They also do servicing, timing belts etc etc at very reasonable prices.
I honestly think you will save money 99% of the time going to shops like this.
They work with imports day in and day out, therefore can usually complete jobs quicker because they have a better knowledge of them.
When i put my new clutch in i was told to use it, not abuse it (ie, no clutch kicking, 6k launches etc).
I've been reasonably heavy footed on it since day 1 and have never had an issue.
Im assuming the problem is the compressor clutch bearing.
If it is, does anyone know if it can be replaced and/or a rough estimate on how much $$ it should cost??
Hey guys and girls,
Quick rundown, about 12 months ago my car suddenly started making this horrid sound. Went and saw a local mechanic who quickly found it was coming from the
a/c compressor. Just to shut the noise up for the time being we cut the belt off and i havent worried about it since.
With warmer weather around the corner i want to get my a/c working again so today i put a new belt back on hoping it had miraculously fixed itself.
Obviously this hadnt happened and the noise is still there. But the a/c is still blowing ice cold air also.
I have taken a video of the noise http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zfSuzUaJI14.
Is this something that can be repaired cheaply or am i going to have to replace the compressor and get the system regased??
Hoping someone can answer this for me.
Cheers all-
Pete
Op, you have 1 person saying the standard ecu can be tuned while everyone else is disagreeing.
I'm sure you can work out who knows what they are on about.
