The Thirdy Party is 100% At Fault... as long as you have their rego, name and address his insurer (provided its a good one ) will Waive his Excess. This means: 1. He does not need to give 2 shts about the Third Party and what they do or dont do (all insurers will offer payments plans for their demands) 2. His car is fixed 3. ??? 4. Profit!

You don't always get a large amount of seeds to dls though... 500 x 1 or 10 x 500 I dunno, torrents don't suit the projectw use so its useless to meh =D They might get hungry for some if you have it spare or worse yet they might have a memory leak

Torrent speed is limited by the seeders... if you dont have enough seeders = their max upload speeds... With rapidshare (co-incidentally with hamachi network with other Internode users also) I was maxing my speed.... there is no way you can compare torrent to a direct DL. Especially when you are downloading from Aust sites...

Make your own thread then dou- ude... If it is anything like the previous ones it will be good. The graphics are stylised a certain way, if you drop style for eyepoppin candy then you have another mass produced piece of shit like C&C, Battlefield anything or Call of Duty... Mind you though, you may just need glasses the graphics look great....

QTF afaik as long as turbo is stock in qld you can drive one. You shouldn't go down from Open to P's even if done for DD.... I'm gonna look into that tomorrow

If your vehicle was parked and you have name, address and vehicle rego of the third party your insurer should waive your excess... Some people won't tell you their insurer because: 1) they are not insured 2) think if they dont claim they dont have to pay If you have full comprehensive just lodge a claim and let your insurer do the work... If you have third party property damage and your insurer offers bonus cover against uninsured third parties then lodge one of those claims and you should get 1 of 2 results: 1) they are insured and lodge a claim and your vehicle is covered 2) they are not insured and your insurer will look after you under bonus cover GL dude if you are uninsured you will need to speak with a solicitor

Which insurer are you going through? You realise if the car is not driveable insurance will cover the tow? Further no panel beater will come to you because the insurer brings it to them.

about CD WOW... yes they are PAL versions No it is not censored as per the censorship board actually unbanned the game because they felt the sci-fi theme lessens the impact of the violence... You can read it on their website. Further AVPs developers announced they will not release a censored version because they feel a developed country's adults should be able to determine what they can play themselves lol. Watching the vids and screenshots im keen to play an alien and bite the brain out of a marine from behind lol
