  1. DotA is my #1 #2 DoW2 #3 MGS4 I am a big fan of multiplayer games hehehe
  2. It is a bit repetitive, I have it on PS3. God the fights are damn sexy on my 50inch plasma though. I'd recommend it though as its got a bit of everthing.... think mix of spiderman, resident evil, assassins creed and GTA... No one mentioned how cool it looks EATING people.... imagine you are fighting people and you are low on health so you grab someone and your body starts to consume them and they get dragged along as you keep fighting
  3. lol nah the lollies were melted and who knows how old! I found some coins too... Discovered how terrible the local nissan mechanic was when they told me that had no idea what the 100,000km service needed then proceeded to try and read the full japanese log books... I mean I can read Japanese but it was too much fun to watch them scratch their heads.... clearly I found a different mechanic...
  4. I found hello kitty stickers and some weird japanese lollies
  5. Its yet again different in QLD.... we can have the pod but it must be mounted
  6. I've got the same problem... had my R33 GSTS in for its 100k service, they changed the timing belt and it squeaks when cold...
  7. In Queensland its 35% transmittance too... 2008 Mods guide http://www.transport.qld.gov.au/resources/...r_vehicles2.pdf Just remember with front tint you can't have the tint lower than the top swing part of the arcs of your wiper blades.... -----NSW------ http://www.rta.nsw.gov.au/registration/dow.../vsi03_rev3.pdf as of 2003 guide in NSW the tinting on front window can be no lower than 10% of the windscreen, this tint is max 25% transmittance All other windows can be up to 35% transmittance -----VIC------ http://www.vicroads.vic.gov.au/NR/rdonlyre...E621/0/VSI2.pdf In VIC all windows can be transmittance 35% except windscreen which is 30% in the section there is goes into details of loopholes... the 70% is a safety suggestion... like not smoking....
  8. I am removing mine too.... I'm debadging mine before I turn it into a sleeper... if a 33 could ever be considered one... there are heaps in my town which are rice'd up and modded up.... just gonna keep the stocko look without badges Get the bonet painted at the same time as das boot lid =D
  9. Just a question for those that have done it before. I am thinking of getting a respray as the previous owner got some scuffs on the paintwork and some stone chips on the bonet. I am looking at getting a plain red paint spray, nothing fancy like metallic or pearl before I go and get some custom vinyl put on my car. Anyone else had a simple respray like this done? I am interested in the costs people have paid, how much people think I will need to spend, how many litres it would use if you have done it. The prices of the paint shops in Toowoomba are not great and I honestly don't trust ANY of them, I'd be happy to drive to Brisbane/Goldy to get it done. There is potential I may get a kit to throw on it but I need a benchmark price as I get my year bonus soon as well as tax back so I can just throw it all on the car lol
  10. Anyone noticed any excessive wear and tear on their transmission from doing this to your car? Any mechanics that know if this will root it?
  11. I think I may have failed to mention I have all the options. Windscreen, Rental Car, Discount protection etc. Thus oh wah so cheap =)
  12. What excess you choose is a big decider on premiums too Zavier - If you are going away for 2 months I recommend you put it in a storage shed for the 2 months... they are like what 10-25 bucks a week...
  13. /signed for group buy
  14. Depends on the area you live in. You're talking to someone in the industry that has full no claim discount plus staff discounting As above I can answer General Questions.
  15. Seeing as I am a professional in the industry I thought I would bust a few misguided insurance points/comments that have been made. You do not need to have an Australian license provided that your country's license qualifies to allow you to legally drive in this country. If you do not qualify your insurance will be null and void due to not legally using a motor vehicle. Your excess depends on 4 factors. 1. Age 2. High Performance or not 3. Driving History 4. Mods Age excess varies from company to company. Some have females $300/ males $400 and slap you in <25 in age or <2 years driving experience. Others it depends on what age bracket you are in 17-18, 19-21, 22-24 which can decrease per bracket. Not being listed can increase these excesses. If you have a grey import that is natually aspirated you may find its not classed as high performance. I get a high performance excess on my turbo'd R33. Driving history is the big one where they will charge you massive premiums if you have a dodgey history. DUI, speeding fines, loss of license all add points to a policy to decide if they will insure you or not, the more points the more punitive excess you will likely pay. Punitive excess can be applied if you have had too many claims or accidents in the last few years. Mods are a big one too, add a kit, upgrade the engine, hell change the wheels and you'll be paying a mod excess bundled with your punitive excess, plus increased premiums. Several companies will charge you rediculous amounts to try to get you not to insure with them. AAMI will not insure R33 skylines. NRMA charge myself in a low risk area for over 25 $2400 a year. I was with Just Cars under 25 and was charged $1400 per year, the same as my old 180sx. I ended up with Suncorp and pay $650 a year and an xs of $1050. I am 25. Note that the suburb you live in will affect your premiums if you live in a dodgey suburb or a real wealthy suburb there is likely to be more car thefts and accidents therefore a higher risk area, therefore higher premiums. We look at these factors to determine your excess after looking at your age, vehicle and history. If you have a stock car you will be better off than a modded one. If you are going that path and because you are young I might recommend Shannons, Just Cars or another similar mob. Just to let you know, Suncorp will not insure an under 25 with a turbo lol. I have R33 GTST My excesses on my 180sx $500 basic, $600/700 age, $1100 import. If you have any questions and would like some correct answers regarding motor insurance send me a PM, but I'll keep an eye on here. I hate to see misinformation about insurance.

  18. He used to have them on his S4 rx7 which is a bit of a junk heap on these hot wheels. Gonna try 'em on my car, go around the block and see how we do. They apparently have the same studd pattern but we'll see when I go check 'em out on the weekend.
  19. It does it warm or cold though and always at the same loud volume. I'm gonna bite the bullet and put it in for a service.
  20. Hey My R33 is making a weird screech when reversing and I touch the brakes. I never get any sounds when I go forward and brake. I have stock Nissan brakes. Thoughts? Ta
