  1. Hope you took down their details still. Sometimes the damage is hidden initially.
  2. Suncorp owns Promina/Vero which owns JustCars, Shannons, AAMI, APIA Unfortunately most young un's have to do their time with Just Cars until they are 25. Worst thing is their repair process is terrible.
  3. Necro ^^ however - SC2
  4. Yeah this is true, online shenanigans
  5. Its a R33 GTST is it not? Its a write off, especially if they damaged things taking out the engine. Reason being your insurer has to be able to buy new or 2nd hand parts and get a proper tax invoice and they will not purchase parts if they don't feel they can guarantee the repairs. Sucks for imports.
  6. More likely write it off
  7. Ending was kinda disappointing after all the build up, guess it had to end the way it did. The game was hell fun pretty much 99% of the way up until you own your own farm =S
  8. By the sounds of it the M17 Alienware would suit your need and is <3K
  9. HP and Toshiba are mid range market, reliable though. Asus I hold a bit higher than them lol
  10. Ouch and that's a sweet ride. Hope they catch them
  11. lol but seriously its on the rego info they can access if you have told the RTA/VicRoad/QLDtransport etc
  12. www.umart.com.au is another place for cheap 2.5" HDD's =D
  13. I've noticed some of the new ones coming out are looking the shit. I use my laptop when I am not near my TV so its essential I have one with some grunt (got toshiba). I just think he's a bit narrow minded about laptops as some kind of disease on the computer world...
  14. 500GB hdd + playTV = win! I didn't realise ANY idiot could upgrade their PS3 until last night so I grabbed a new HDD today and am loving it!
  15. Nismoid gave me the answers I figured. For the others he made no definition he said all laptops have shit components. Doesn't give me much faith in his ability to make decent PCs.
  16. So, I have this mate who refuses to see the merit in the use of a laptop although he admits he would never move his PC, ever. He used to work in a computer shop and build PCs for people and he claims that laptops are made of a lower quality components to a PC almost always. My arguement is that his statement is that it depends on the manufacturer of the laptop and PC, realistically the board would not matter its the components like chips etc that go in to make the boards work. What I wonder is how a laptop component needs to be tougher for movement could be of a worse quality? I'm not pro laptop or tower as I have both but this mate is totally narrow minded so I'd be interested in hearing from someone certified about this with some fact.
  17. What did it come off?
  18. Can you put up a photo of the pod enclosure?
  19. Since when? Last time I viewed the mods list it does not stipulate this (in QLD). Please link your reference or admit to posting mis-information. In Victoria you can only have 1 intake mod and in NSW iirc you must have a box for pod, being that he is in Victoria I would not suggest using QLD rules as a guideline as our laws are rather lax. Listen to this guy.
  20. Well the fact Gillard has not shaken him out while jazzin' up her party I think I shall walk to the other side this election regardless of push back.
  21. Its not HUGELY common, but I have processed a few motor claims. Person realise they are about to reach camera, drops anchor to a stupidly slow speed, person behind hits them. Person behind is at fault clearly but imagine if that person swerved instead and hit a car in the lane beside them.
  22. Listen to this man ^
