I don't think anyone's blaming the road conditions for high speed/stupid driving accidents, but surely some of the minor incidents have been caused by road conditions. I broke a RHF strut in a 60 zone because of a pot hole I didn't see!

Agree 200%. Well put. I don't think we need hoon laws. I'm all for a system that punishes offenders heavily and re-classification of reckless dangerous driving, endangering life and attempted murder charges. Repeat offenders need to be made an example of too.... prison time potentially....? After all any car is potentially a murder weapon.

How very true. Interesting point made by David G in the section Madaz quoted in regards to the road condition. I've been driving for around 17 years and the condition of the roads is the worst I've seen and not just in those areas mentioned by David, it's pretty much all over Adelaide. I wonder how many accidents have been caused by the incredible undulations on our roads

My car is stock and it doesn't have an issue with V-Power, I get roughly 30-50Km extra per tank over BP U98 but usually put BP in it only because there seems to be 10 BP stations for every Shell one...... at least in my travels!

Not really surprising to see that RBR are starting to show some signs of speed. Adrain Newey who has designed the RB5 has had massive success in F1. For those that weren't watching GP's in the 90's, Michael Schumacher was the only driver between 1992-2004 to win WDC's against Newey designed cars.
