Spotted me getting pulled over by the police last night at 2.30 am. They kind of caught me by surprise turning right onto Park Tce from Port Rd and they were next to me then I'm thinking they were in the lane next to me then I saw them literally on my rear bumper with the lights going. Funny thing is they pull up alongside me and no one actually got out of the car.... ask for license and I pass that through the window then asked me why I hesitated from the lights and had I been drinking. Run my license and details through the computer and then they get a call, so pass me my license back and and say goodbye. I don't think I've ever seen a VE V6 go that hard.... That looks very nice, definitely better. Is that the metalcast blue? How many coats on there in those pics? I phoned 3 x autobahns and 3 x supercheaps yesterday trying to get this metalcast, no luck yet. Autobahn at Gilles Plains had the ground coat and other colours but no blue!!

If it's all in a public register than you should go look it up you'll find it under 'bent over for running an amber light'. I stated already that it wasn't worth the money for a lawyer to risk losing when it's my word against a cop and I've got 9 points in the bank. You want me to name to cop that wrote the affidavit? and my name? Why would I do that? It's quite clear to me that you obviously hang on every word that any cop has ever typed in an affidavit and believe it's impossible for a cop to get it wrong in an affidavit. I commend you SLED for being a believer, good on you. Now I'll cease posting anything else that remotely comes close to the law or law enforcement.

Why would I tell porkies? And who said I wasn't prepared with documents and photos? Were you there? I had a choice to make and a simple one at that, cop 3 demerits and a fine for doing nothing wrong or.... spend an incredible amount of money on a lawyer and take a chance that I'd win. Not a chance I was willing to take. The only thing I did wrong was believe that we had a justice system. Like I said to the judge that day after I stepped of off the stand, I wouldn't have been there if I knew I was in the wrong, I would've happily copped it on the chin if I deliberately broke the law and got caught.

Unfortunately for me, I didn't get a chance to read it until it was all over. I wouldn't have even bothered going to court in the first place had I read it first..... Academy Award winner is all I'm going to say!

The points system has been flawed ever since they moved 2nd position to an 8 points and 3rd, 4th ect ect. Realistically if you were consistent enough and there were many different GP winners, you could actually win a WDC without ever having won a GP...... To me that's bullshit! Somehow I don't think Honda were the only ones developing for the 09 season early. Way too many aero/dimension changes for any of the teams not to start development very early on. If I recall correctly, M Schumacher had tested 09 spec tyres, front and rear wings in Nov/Dec 07..... on an 06 or 07 chassis.

Been there before, problem for me though was that the affidavit didn't exactly match what actually happened. So I had to change my plea to guilty as I never stood a chance with the contents of the affidavit! I was pretty f**kin' pissed off!
