I did the same thing when I tried fitting my Blitz LM FMIC (been sitting in garage for 6 months!). 50mm needs to be taken out of reo and I was thinking this is bullshit and will void insurance. I phoned Shannons and talked to 2 different people on 2 different days and they both told me that as far as their concerned it won't void an insurance claim so long as I tell them it's on there. I explained to them that cutting the reo will have an effect in a front end accident but they told me that because it's an import then likely it's going to make repairing the car expensive or a write off anyhow. When I eventually get around to fitting mine, I'll get one of those radiator cooling panels which should disguise the cut reo at least when looking from the top.

I'm on that $49.99 plan with TPG and I have no issues with their service whatsoever. I've been with TPG for around 5 years only once had an issue with a slow connection. No sure what everyone is on about tbh
