It’s definitely not surprising that the cars are coming to Australia without the LC function. With all the ambiguity with the warranty over using this option and the possibility of abuse with it, Nissan Australia would have had a nightmare as consumer protection laws here are very strong. So weather it was Nissan Australia or the parent company in Japan who have pushed/decided on these changes to the car it certainly avoids a potential hand grenade. I’d say it’s a dead set certainty that these changes will be made to car world wide. Anyway no Launch Control. Peace of mind for the owner and the manufacturer I guess. Still a bloody great car for the money!!
