    To raise the boost you need a boost controller. A cheap bleed valve will do the trick. Leave the BOV. Leave the hose on the actuator. Read more on the function of each part so you will be able to make informed choices.

    Time to read up on SAU and you will find that Nistune is not a limitation for most streetable cars and at much higher power levels than you are quoting. Nistune will suit you perfectly.

    Twas not possible for me to tell....since everyone thinks Looey is a twat I just assumed Button really should run a nice long warm bath and buy a razor blade.
