  1. quite possibly/probably the neo stageas have an exhaust cam with only 7mm lift (vs 8.4mm in the GT-t) if so this will limit the power unless changed. other than that not much difference.
  2. far from being an expert but the lift on those cams seems tiny. i am amazed you made as much power as you have. 300rwkw on the cards with more duration and lift?!?!
  3. i think the SITC will make it hard to crack 200rwkw with less load points but who knows maybe we can go around and drop the temp probe in to a nice hot cuppa and crack 220rwkw. EGA4IT made just over 200rwkw with an RS4S and powerfc with similar mods on the same dyno as a comparison.
  4. 11-12psi you will get 190rwkw with that gear and a standard turbo.
  5. i reckon 280rwkw with cams/mild headwork etc is accurate/possible/likely at CRD but i also agree with cubes that 15.5psi might possibly be wringing its neck.
  6. that's how i remember it too. faster in qualifying week in week out. screwed over in a couple of races but that happens. NH is no slouch but Webber was faster.
  7. hi felix buy the bilsteins from sydneykid group buy. best result and not expensive.
  8. hi duncan, the RS4S has larger sway bars and few other bits and pieces, so from standard they are more refined (exactly as you say) but have much less body roll than the autos. with the SK kit (standard springs) there isn't much to bitch about although it was pretty good before.
  9. i have both an R33 and a manual stagea (RS4S). the R33 is certainly more nimble than the stagea. although the stagea feels a size down from the VT SS commodore it replaced. an R32 will feel much lighter again. i love driving the stagea on short or long trips. if the R33 was totalled tomorrow i would buy another RS4S or 260RS. you have most of the performance and hardly any compromise on space. there isn't much you will miss IMO.
  10. webber has been quicker than all his teammates in F1. you can't do much more than that.
  11. i typed towbar and got tons of hits. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...4&hl=towbar there are plenty more if this isn't enough.
  12. hi bass have they left OS? ETA would be appreciated.
  13. HKS GT-RS makes a little more everywhere compared to an equivalent GCG hi-flow on back to back testing. there is a slight price premium for the GT-RS (after you cash in your standard turbo in good working order)vs GCG hi-flow. either is a good choice. GT-RS will comfortably reach your target (with supporting mods). petrolfix, if you have EGA4ITs car it made 200rwkw not at all four (just to clarify).
  14. i believe it has ipod connectivity (since it is more than a year old maybe its not "full speed"??)
  15. i have a 9853R and six stacker installed in car if you are interested in buying 2nd hand.
  16. so posting up some temperatures measured at the plenum should be simple.
  17. F1 fans are winners when it comes to drivers having personality rather than the clones that pass as professional athletes today. speed/tost, massa/alonso, hamilton/alonso, all showing a bit of niggle in the last week or so makes the action on race day more spicy. docking championship points is another matter.....
  18. i'm just checking that you really think it has lowered intake temps by 30 degrees? exactly how and where did you measure this? ps. i have measured mine at the plenum so i have a pretty good idea why you won't lower intake temps by 30 degrees when you remove a little pipework.
  19. 30 degrees??? good effort that....breaking the laws of physics.
  20. "Dennis explained that the delay stemmed from the two drivers being out of sequence with the team’s planned strategy for Q3, after Hamilton had disobeyed an order to let Alonso by at the start of the session." whatever the reason F1 fans are the winners.
  21. you need ones with eyelets. if you can afford them now, buy the Bilsteins from Sydneykids group buy. do it once, do it right if you can.
  22. ooops, i just remembered that the RS4S rear struts have forked bottoms so they won't fit. other S2 ones should be fine.
  23. i have a pair of stock S2 stagea struts and i can ship them for whatever it costs me in postage plus say $30 for the time to box and post them. located in sydney. pm me if this helps.
