    under the rear seats is a source of noise. the doors give you the best bang for your buck but if you have time and money that is the next place to get stuck into.

    ummm, whats my point...??? that the price he has on the turbo is very reasonable as it is cheaper than you can get it from nengun AND bear no risk of being hit by customs. how about you re-read what i wrote at face value without the smartarse attitude. NIZ asked where the turbo could be bought as cheap as tridentt was quoting ($2300) but those posts have been edited out of existence.

    unless things have changed the2835proS kit only comes in the smaller AR. if you ask to buy the rest separately the cost seems to go up substantially.

    funny you say that since a few us have powerFC's working using the R34GT-t version with the only issue being the one i posted above.

    hopefully you have grabbed the pinouts diagram from forced induction already it is basically the same.

    it is more or less the same. the main diff is there is no traction control on the stagea. EGA4IT has a workaround (the 'secret squirell tweak' as it is now known) if you are looking at installing a powerFC.

    it affects manual cars as well. there is a massive thread on this in forced induction. you can tune around it with aftermarket ECU's but why have your car run pig rich for a few seconds for NO performance gain?? factory BOV works fine so why not use it and spend your money on things that improve the car.

    does your aftermarket BOV vent to atmosphere? if so this is your problem. stick the factory BOV back on = problem solved

    i'm with cubes, this is precisely what happened with mine. the hose to the carbon canister was neatly tucked under the snorkel....unplugged.

    the R34 drivers seat i have appears to be exactly the same as an R33 so it should bolt straight in.

    drop shafts, install powerfc, apply secret squirrel tweak, tune like any other skyline. (my bad i thought you were in sydney)

    i say bells line of road for a little more driving enjoyment. lithgow maccas or lochiel cafe for a feed. meet at the RAAF base? just another option.

    oxford are you taking it to UAS. they have done at least 2 manuals now and have/are building some experience with them.

    lol, been doing it longer and better than most for the life of this forum too. shoebox, listen to rev210 you will get a great result and save some money doing it.
