  1. looks kinda sorta like this.....
  2. dyno figures or come on cruisey you know you wanna.
  3. i have an R34 elbow, presumably the same.
  4. $220 with shroud. pm sent
  5. here is a link from SK that may answer some questions http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...c=69501&hl=
  6. noel www.are.com.au has an explanation of static and dynamic pressure drop. with a standard turbo an R34 GT-t intercooler is an improvement and are cheap to install. they bolt straight up to an R33. there is no truth to the 6000rpm theory. if you push more air into the IC than its interior design will allow or beyond its ability to cool you will have issues. due to the same pipe run response is unchanged and you get an improvement in keeping charge temps down over a standard R33 SMIC. (ps. i have an R34 SMIC if you are looking for one)
  7. yes, it has electric brakes.
  8. "when it starts sucking air fast then the air cools as it is creating a vacuum" this isn't right mad082.
  9. i understand that there is about 60kw loss thru car drivetrain and dyno. (at least that has been the quoted figure from SK and other smarter people here over the years) if 189kw is the factory quoted power figure then 130rwkw would be a fair number on the dyno allowing for age of the car, the fuel and any other variables like dirty afm's, airfilters etc might knock the number down some. so 125rwkw seems a reasonable number if losses are 60kw. if the losses are a little less then 130-140rwkw sounds fair too.
  10. guaranteed they are 370cc and that means 370hp (give or take a few)
  11. lol, of course, the other side of the country.
  12. where are you located?? i may have what you are looking for.
  13. i'm dying to see how the tune goes and how drivable the package feels with the extra ponies.
  14. yep SK group buy or noltec. SK's GB has recommended settings which are a great starting point.
  15. buy a powerFC, do it once, do it right andy.
  16. yes, but then i replied before. when u do the timing belt it is a no brainer on an R33. you should pick up around 5-15kw most of the way thru the rev range. roughly 4 degrees give or take depending on what you get on the dyno. R34 neo engines seems to be no gain.
  17. mike if i get the car back tomorrow you can have a look see at the one on my car.
  18. sounds awfully similar to what fhrx installed for me a month or so ago, alpine deck CDA9853R, Focal K2 165KP splits, Audison amps and twin Focal subs.
