  1. When the AUD was trading at USD55c and Greddy and Nismo plenums were extremely expensive a cut and shut might have made sense to someone. Today you can buy a buckchoy front facing plenum for a round of drinks.
  2. I would replace the AC fan with a slimline one after fitting the FMIC.
  3. R34 GT-t PFC will work on a plug and play basis but it will throw and engine checklight due to the lack of traction control. You need to supply 3.6 - 3.7v to pin 51 to clear the checklight. There is a thread on how to do this under "secret squirrel tweak" or somesuch.

  5. The translator is doing a good job. It was completely my fault. At idle it should run closed loop and run around 14.7 when the car is at temperature if the O2 sensor is working on both a stock ECU and PFC. Have you changed anything else after swapping ECU's?

  7. Drop the boost to 7psi and it the PFC is pretty similar to the stock ECU. At 11-12psi it runs richer.

  21. I had the engine check light intermittently when the coils were on the way out. When plugged into consult it was throwing up a CAS fault but new coils (splitfires) sorted it out.

  23. I changed from at GT3040 open 0.82 to a TS GT3076 ATP 0.82 so mine isn't a like for like comparison. The new setup is better since it comes to life earlier but realistically for the money spent it probably wasn't worth changing something already on the car. A few hundred rpm on the street hardly makes any difference which is pretty much what I use mine for. On a track though.....
  24. ATPturbo sell both a T3 and T4 footprint TS GT30 turbine housings. Garrett also have one available now if memory serves. You can get away with a single gate with TS, whilst not perfect it will do the job. Providing 6Boost make a decent wastegate port there should be little reversion.
