I know that Unigroup's and DVS-JEZ's dyno read within a poofteenth so results from them are fairly comparable.
Why don't you check for a vacuum leak by pressure testing/smoke testing it?
The turbo isn't going to affect idle the way you described a serious leak will.

Definitely good advice to look at a quality hiflowed turbo if you are looking to keep costs down and visibility low.

Sounds more like you have blown one of the intercooler hoses.
Have a good look around the engine bay for a hose that has come loose or possibly a split in a hose.

Then curse the day you pulled the bastard off when the black plastic ring won't thread back on for the next 20mins while bending into the boot inhaling petrol fumes....lol
At least that's how I remember it.
Nistune won't work with a stock R33 ecu , given it requires a Z32 (or R32 ecu and separate VCT switching?) then this isn't the best way to go IMO given the other options.
