When I was younger I lthought hot chicks, cleavage, short skirts, expensive cars looked cool.....not sure that looking at turbos had the same effect but each to their own.
Lith has come up with something that will fit the bill.
I used the stock springs with Bilsteins with extra circlip grooves machined for height adjustment. By the time you upgrade the sway bars this might meet your needs.
There are 3 plugs from memory Sh@un. At a guess I think the late model S1 might be the similar to R34 type if history is any guide. Somewhere in the Stagea section is a pinout for all three versions, perhaps one of Duncan's posts from many years ago??
Whether they are the same as any other model....it is hard to tell but they came out of the Nissan parts bin so it is possible.
Race car driver and metrosexual.
At least Merc has two drivers that leave no stone unturned in their preparation before each race....on their appearance.
Of course once you have the manifold installed the exhaust path out of the turbo is a lot straighter so you win somewhere and you lose somewhere.
If you are changing turbos regularly then no way you would use one.
If you have a Stagea I wouldn't recommend it due to the location of the oil drain on those blocks. Otherwise like most car modifications....it requires modifying something.
Metabolism slows a lot less than we give it credit. Maybe around 5% as we get older, much of it is related to decreases in exercise and dietary changes.
HKS manifold runners flow more than a stock manifold.
DaleFZ1 has tidied up a stock manifold to remove obvious casting dags and basic port matching (if memory serves). If you are doing it yourself and are competent with a die grinder I reckon it would be worthwhile and unlikely to harm anything unless you get medieval.
Ultimately I have no doubt that a fancy manifold can be an improvement but for a streetable turbo realistically the money spent might not be that noticeable.
Boullier said he would be happy to take MW.
Fez had a good look at him but Massa is less of a dud so they are probably happy to leave Massa as Nando's bitch. However, if Fez thought there was some knowledge he would bring for a swansong year then it isn't that hard to believe they might take him vs bring on the current crop of drivers. With Perez at McLaren this shows how weak the drivers market is IMO or more correctly how tough it is to get experience with the lack of testing.
I think we all know the Chin lost his best/only shot at a WDC when he spun the car in Korea but I think he will have a surf for a week and realise that the only thing he can do from here is to just drive as quickly as possible and the rest will sort itself out.
