Biggest chin in F1 has to be worth some respekt. It has to cost him 3/10ths a lap at least just carrying around the extra weight and frontal aero issues it creates. Interesting to read he has trimmed down some this season. Despite looking like a giant compared to the other jockey sized drivers he was still a pretty skinny dude last year. Less weight would be skirting with significant losses in endurance you would think. I have one foot on each of the Capt Chin and Ricky-ardo bandwagons. Go Australia.

R33 with GT3076 TS ATP housing HKS cast manifold etc, topped out at 290rwkw. I am not sure if the turbine housing is maxed or the wastegate is unable to hold itself shut or an exhaust restriction but it makes plenty of power for my needs so I am not that interested in chasing the last few kw's. With some boost screwed in there this is the sort of number (excluding some extra slushbox losses) your setup will knock out if/when you lean on it.

It will be good to see how it goes with more boost when Yavus gets time. Since a few more of us use Unigroup it is handy for comparing results between different cars.

Was there any reason a boost controller wasn't used as well to bump it up while it was being tuned or is the plan to go back and lean on it a bit harder? It isn't an exact, but 10kw/psi gains is a good rule of thumb on GT30 based turbos after the first 10psi. Once you are near the limit then it starts dropping down. My HKS ext gate spring is pretty soft and was rolling over last time at Unigroup.

From memory needed braided lines for the rear pretty sure fronts could be re-used (but I wasn't supplied with the OEM R34 lines). BMC stopper is identical for my R33 and S2 stagea.

If E85 moves to a suburb near me and I find a small money shrub to change ECU + E85 sensor for multi fuel I am in like Flynn. Mick is getting very good economy which is what makes his car even more impressive. On the TS thing, I was just ribbing Mick that there is no way he stays satisfied with his setup. I could tell after he drove mine and looked underwhelmed (and it isn't that slow in the first place) but he was waaay too polite to say so. Prior to E85 he looked more impressed with mine.
