so where would be a good place to look at getting the new piping? have a look at how bad it is

hey guys, need some help with the piping on my intercooler. basically one pipe has rusted due to it being cheap ass metal so looks really lop sided. was thinking of powder coating both pipes black. has anyone done anything like this before and if they have where? also was thinking of doing the core black as well but dont think poowdercoat is the best option? any suggestions? thanks
