  1. There are heaps of places that will do this kind of work. In no particular order these come to mind - Elite Racing, Amec, Millennium, Godzilla, Signature, CnJ, GT Auto... there are stacks more, but punch a few of those names into the search on this forum and see what comes up

oh ok, I'm up towards the front and I don't think we got any hail, we must have been lucky then. We were crapping ourselves, we have 3 cars and only a 2-car garage, the third had to be reversed up near the front door. We threw some blankets over the bonnet and used some old tyres to hold them down lol
  3. I don't know how these things work, but maybe they're just trying to wear you down so you'll enter a guilty plea just to stop the repeated inconvenience. Another way to look at it is that it might be a good sign that they can't actually find any way to justify the charge - in other words, they're either buying time while they dig for more evidence/loopholes/whatever or, as mentioned, are trying to wear you down so you'll just bend over and take it and they don't have to prove anything. Is there any way legally that your lawyer or the judge can demand that they have until x date to gather their evidence and/or present their case? Surely if they can't type up a brief in then 4+ months they've already had, they obviously either don't have much of a case, or they don't rate it very highly.
  4. Oh and while I'm here, the next round of crap gets this thread locked and will earn the person/s responsible a lengthy suspension or hey, maybe even a ban. I've had a gutful of this childish rubbish.
  5. Trying to mask a dig at someone like that isn't going to work either. I'm sure we both know what I'm talking about. If you have a problem with someone sort it out with them, don't make snide comments on an internet car forum. That goes for all of you involved in whatever is happening, I don't know nor care what's going on, but this isn't the place and I'm getting sick of having to wave the stick all the time just because people can't sort out their differences in an appropriate manner.
  6. This is a different car Dan But yes, syringe check is a good idea actually, had never considered it but now I think of it... *shudder*
  7. Yep 10 psi is enough to richen the crap out of the mixture, that works out to roughly 14.43 L/100km which is a bit on the high side but not unusual. A tune (ie a new ECU) will most likely help a fair bit, and will net you some more power too Or you could take it back down to stock boost again, which might help.
  8. Little fags obviously had a 32 of their own (or previously stolen...) and needed some bits for it. That's amazing that you got it back in relatively unharmed condition, hopefully there isn't too much hidden damage. I'd be getting the driveline checked out pretty thoroughly!! Part of me wishes the scum had found a tree and ended up in a wheelchair though. Also if you need a good alarm/imobiliser/whatever to help keep it in your possession I can highly recommend Chris from Audio Express, the man is a champion.
  9. Thought it might be worthwhile putting a link to the original thread here I think this is the original: click In case you're wondering, no I didn't close this thread, I just thought adding the above might be useful.
  10. DON'T DO IT DAN, IT'S A TRICK!!
  11. I see what you did there Yeah sort of, she got a bit frustrated with it and my brother needed the bike back, and mine is nowhere near L-plate legal. So she ended up getting some time on it, learned a few of the basics but still needs plenty of time on it before I'd say she's ready for her license. Then we just need to find her a bike that she likes, and can reach the ground on Hahaha
  12. Ah yes, hahahaThat was when we picked up the little 250 from my brother, so I could teach Karen how to ride. It killed the reg/rec on the way back so it kept stalling and wouldn't start. Gave it 15 mins or so and it fired back up, so I got it home as quickly as I could
  13. Holy crap, hi Ed
  14. Might also be worth mentioning V6/V8
  15. Stock ECU and running a little more boost than standard? If so it'll be running stupidly rich, which will obviously have an effect on your economy. Do you drive with a bit of a heavy foot? Other than that, check for air leaks, give it a service, change the filters etc.
  16. Haha yeah thanks for blowing my secret car selling racket out of the water Zennon! Still for sale guys, make me an offer! This is a great daily driver!
  17. Apparently not
  18. Sigh. Suspension gets extended next time.
  19. I haven't deleted this thread, against my better judgement I might add as it's currently just another whoretown, because I can see its potential value. That said, the personal attacks have gone too far. Those in question aren't even trying to be subtle any more, I'm sure those of you partaking in these attacks know who you are. We're all (allegedly) adults here, when was the last time taking petty stabs at each other actually resolved an issue? I hate sounding like a parent scolding a naughty child but unfortunately it looks like that's what's needed. The crap stops right here, or the ban stick is likely to see a bit more use.
  20. bahahaha
  21. Will keep an eye out on the north side for you mate
  22. Done! And grats on the upgrade
  23. SMR33 (that's the one I was in) is pretty much rock stock. It has an exhaust, air cleaner and... tinted windows... and that's about it. Won't set the world alight, but it still goes ok for a stocker Never been dyno'd but at a guess I'd say around 140-150rwkw.
