7. fairly certain the word 'pivo' means beer in slavic( former yugoslav entities) language/vernacular - eg nema nishta pivo = I have no beer me think the designer had quite a few beers - lol well if he had resorted to another slavic word at least he didn't call it a Nissan pizda - go check that one out for - rofl
8. with all due apologies to imrankhan whose thread Delta Farce has hijacked for his petty reasons, good luck with trying to get your money back from the alleged thief its timely that all SAU members and visitors to the site read very carefully all the advice posted up by the mods about how to stay out of trouble when buying sight unseen - its a big trap for many persons, and its a shame that persons can get ripped-off of large amounts of money keep us posted how you get on with it and again, good luck
9. =============================== surely his name gave the game away - serbian empire - lol this is 2009 not 1359
10. you have the same model ccu-3710v as I have - but yours has been fitted with the after-market RSPEC TV controller and the wiring altered accordingly surprised that it affects you radio audio as per my original post the least cost best option may be to start looking for a cheap second hand Xanavi HU that works and just replace the existing unit
11. are these compatible with or do you have a similar item that achieves the same result with the Xanavi set-up in R34s - providing another more direct option to feed in av in that set-up in lieu of using the connectors in the boot?
12. you are allowed by law to use 'reasonable force' to subdue a criminal or make citizens arrest - disregarding the emotive comments so far posted even the Police can get charged for assault if they use unreasonable force in making an arrest , so if you want to know more about what is reasonable force just google case law on reasonable force or go the Attorney Generals website (NSW Govt) and search you plainly admit using excessive force, and it would have been obvious anyway to the attending police so thats why you got charged but most peeps would have been very angry so its easy to understand that he got a few extra hits but you can't maim kill or hospitalise someone just cos your angry is the theory and its basically sound - what would you think if someone bashed one of your family members senseless and caused broken limbs just because maybe he tripped in the way of the person who then got excessively angry and violent - you wouldn't be happy
13. ==================== my bad, could have put more details in but kept it short - of course when he shows he actually can pay you go thru the usual - REVS check mechanical inspection and answer all enq with the bloke - its sorting out the dreamers that just want to go for a drive in your car for entertainment that points 1-4 are designed to do REVS is based on Chassis+VIN NO more than rego so even at that stage you can still keep your address somewhat secure like i said after all if they guy doesn't want to buy - he can re-bank his checque so you goota be fair and give him a good opportunity for to do all his diligence its just that don't be feeling as a seller you have no rights - you do!
14.

--------------- boo hoo pass the tissues lol - just in last few new posts another SAU member expresses appreciation for my input to problems he was encountering - your unhappy just go suck it ! you got a rusty lemon wear it, don't tell the world some bs that R34 are rustbuckets - they aren't
15. Here's some tips for getting rid of tyre-kickers, dreamers and other idiots and possible thieves- 1 unless you have good reason, never divulge rego details (not even a rego number in a pic), and if arranging an inspection ask a mate/relative to use his address as meeting point - insist only one max 2 persons comes to see car 2 most important point : tell them they only get to see the car when you see proof they have funds to purchase (i.e. they can show you a bank checque (a current finance company car loan approval doc may substitute for bank checque but try for the former) for an amount close to or equal to the asking or agreed sale price if you have discussed one over phone - you should try to get a ball park agreement on a figure - if they don't like the car they of course re-bank their bank checque) 3 do not relent on the proof of funds requirement - if they are genuine they will have the readies and not be offended, if they are just wanting a joy-ride exercise they will refuse to prove they have any funds 3 get them to go to the address but do not go there with the car if they don't have the bank checque (your mate relative can ask to see it and phone you while you wait close by) - no checque no see car! 4 they got the checque, show em the car but not the rego papers until they hand over the checque as your address is on the papers 5 make sure checque is OK by phoning the bank if you have any doubts 6 with nternet enquiries never reveal any info about yourself that may assist a thief or scammer - apply same procedures as 1-5 At the end of the day, you need to sort the timewasters and dreamers and thieves from genuine buyers - dont get desperate, better to sell via uaction or trade-in if needing another car for peace of mind. NEXT thing to note - the biggest wankers are detectable by the fact the ask a zillion questions and often contact you relentlessly - all froth and bubble and excitement but no substance - from actual experience selling cars privately from time to time I find that the REAL buyer does not call/sms/email over and over again
16. ------------------------------- quote -'the fit and finish seems very sub-standard in comparison to a pristine undamaged R34' what part was difficult to understand? alternatively, your car may have been water (flood or salt water immersion) damaged in the past - out of the thousands or R34 in Aus very few would display the condition in your pics (and these would have been either accident or water/corrosion damaged, it is not a normal ex-factory condition - all the R34 I have seen appear as good as new around the strut towers and I have seen a lot
17. ------------------------------- bring it back to the tuner - they obviously may have stuffed something up- get them to look at it before that, check all wiring and connectors then just in case you have completely flooded the engine - very likely if you have been cranking it forever - the simple fix is do this, get a fully charged battery and put it in then press accelerator all the way to the floor , keep it there, and try to start the motor - keep cranking for at least 20-30 seconds with accelerator all the way down if it begins to fire (roughly at first) then lift back off accelerator and it should start + run (if flooding was the only issue)
18. ---------------------------------- your car looks like it has been heavily accident damaged and poorly repaired in the past - the fit and finish seems very sub-standard in comparison to a pristine undamaged R34
19. ------------------------------------ you got it spot on - this guy just can't resist starting a new thread to impress us (as if), and his generalised racial / stereotypical hate vilification of Germans and Porsche owners is absurd and totally hypocitical - I am waiting for him to begin a thread titled 'Just had my first fart in my 35' - lol does this peson really believe other peeps lie in bed at night hating R35 owners (or any brand of car owner) ? if so , how sad!
