The stud design helps the head and the block equalize the pressure better thereby creating a much more even and consistent seal. It is recommended to replace the head studs/bolts with a new set if the head bolts are ever loosened due to metal fatique. Reusing an old and possibly warped or stretched head bolts/studs will sacrifice the seal between the head and block and may cause head gasket leak. hey does anyone know where i could get an oil jet and a set of rings to fit an rb25, i havn't been in SA for very long and im finding it a little difficult to track down some OEM parts. any help would be much appreciated.

is there anywhere to get engineering certificates for modifications done to my car, as i have just moved to SA and have modifications that i am concerned with. such as apexi power fc with hand controler, large top mount turbo, external waste gate, atmospheric BOV, coilovers. i have heard a few different things but would like to get the corect info b4 changing things i may not need to. also if engineering certs are avalible, would they help at all for the above said mods ? any help would be appreciated cheers
