Might not be the most technically brain bending topic, apologies in advance Searching for an r34 GTR. In no rush, but am adamant on a standard low km clean example. Happy to pay the premium for a genuine good example. Engaged an importer to source. Currently have a basically standard r33gtst with the usual stuff making 200rwkw. Can anyone comment of the performance of the standard item? Say in comparison to the gtst with 200rwkw? Spoken to some importers who claim it will be a fair step up performance wise, but I've yet to test drive the standard item. I will be keeping the car in standard form. Cheers

For the mechanically retarded where could i take my car to have this VCT sorted? Autoelectrician? (Ive got r32 ecu and eboost street in an r33 Gts25t s2) Or is this something thats relatively easy for a mechanic? im in sydney.

I had the z32 in mine also. Played up constantly and they could never get it right. Gave me the shits Changed to a r32 ecu but now no vct. Ive got an Eboost Street so apparently theres something that can be done there. But in short I cant be bothered finding someone who will know how to do this, as clearly i dont. In my personal experience everything that gets tinkered with, seems to effect something else until the car shits its arse. All good though if your a mechanic and can sort these issues out without paying through the nose....
