  1. Its ridiculous how cold it is! I am wearing a hoodie, gloves and knee high socks as well as my usual work clothes and freezing my ass off!
  2. Morning... It's Wednesday but also my Thursday - Yay for short week... Boo for freezing my ass off Thursday night-Sunday night in Canberra tho! Also - Farkkkk it's cold this morning!!!

  5. Leg press has it's uses, it was very helpful for my knee rehabilitation and I can't support larger weights over my shoulders at the moment because of a previous back injury thus incline leg press it is. 85kg is my max for over the shoulders atm.

Yeah I will need to look at it, might even spark up my old thread from ages ago, lost a bit and then my knees farked out so I stopped again until I got the all clear from the surgeon and physio at the start of this year to get back into it... Will post up a program I run through with my PT when I am not up to an insane session (sick or whatever) that I am going to start as just my normal weights sessions, last Thurs PT had me leg press 120kg, I was like surely you are just f**king with me, nope was serious... Shhhh just go with it!!!
  8. It sucks because according to the ATO calculations I pay enough tax and then after my claims last tax time I still ended up with a $1500 bill!!! They tax me any more than they do and I may as well cut my work in half to compensate! I've never had a bill before and the first year I went to ITP to get my tax done I ended up with a bill, I've had two jobs for my whole working life (been at Hogs as a second job for 7 years and never had the tax bill issue) and last year my income dropped from what it was the previous year and I know my day job taxes me correctly.

  10. I was training twice daily with cardio in the morning for an hour and weights in the evening for an hour including stretching, Monday-Thurs then only Morning on Friday and Saturday. I've since cut out the morning session temporarily because I was only getting 3 maybe 4 hours of sleep and the best sleep was between 5-7am which would usually be morning gym time (5:30-6:30), I do 600+ cal burn each session and not getting anywhere. I've cut to 1hr evenings only now doing split push/pull and lower programs with Half hour PT on Thrusday nights followed by half hour of cardio. Do this Mon-Thurs then work (on my feet) Friday nights with a cardio session and work (on my feet) Saturday and rest day sunday. Goal is to lose body fat and be lean and fit as opposed to "skinny fat"... *I have two jobs, main one office and two nights per week hospitality* Sorry for the hijack Trozzle
  11. Yeah, I get to a point where my body is like screw the good food just hand me a bowl of Gnocchi, a whole margarita Pizza and some Nutella whilst you are at it...

After a PT session (I don't do cardio in PT) is when I can eat the most, I get super hungry - I get home, down a protein shake and search the fridge/freezer for whatever meat I can find because otherwise I am going to break something lol... Issue with that is I train after work so it's close to bed time before I get home to eat. The rest of the time I am justnot hungry, doesn't help I sleep like shit too...
  13. Nah I just don't seem to be able to eat much without making myself feel sick from eating too much, if I force myself to eat more all I want to do is nap!
