  2. If you owned your provisional license before July 2008 your all set. after then, your screwed as you will be put on to p1 or p2 (turbo and 8cyl restriction, as well as late night restrictions as far as passengers). Speaking as a current provisional license turbo car owner....
  3. Has anyone had pear apples before?.
  4. i would be guessing you are talking about the cill, not the chassis. shouldn't make any difference if that's the case.

  6. start by looking around reverse light switch or your rear reverse lights, make sure positive wire is not rubbing on something and shorting to ground(negative), the short will be somewhere between reverse light switch and your rear reverse lights .
  7. yeah i agree with stevel, sounds like its the starter motor, make sure your alternator is also working though and your battery is ok. should be 13.6ish-14.5ish volts when the car is running(at the battery). and if your battery is over 3 years old id almost consider it f'ed.
  8. Toybox is the best LOL, nah all strip clubs are pretty seedy only time i go in them are when friends turn 18. last time i went there was a 40 year old guy in a white suit (must of been on drugs or somthing) dancing to the strip club music, getting his ricky martin moves on while the stripper was on stage, pretty much the funniest thing iv seen ever.

Hey guys pretty new here , my names dale, live on the gold coast, drive gunmetal r33 gts-t (s1) its completely stock other then the alarm/immobilizer i installed(bought the car two weeks ago). pic:
  11. hahah good to see you found the problem. If its drawing more than 30a i would suggest to make sure your wiring is capable of more than 30a, otherwise stuff starts to get hot hah.
  12. Hmm, you may have tested it wrong imo (not to be an ass or anything) my suggestion would be to grab yourself a test light/lamp much easier then multimeters, make sure your bat+ to 30 on the relay is all good not loose dodgy connections, broken wiring etc., do the same for the 87 side. if you still cant get it working grab your test light out (with ign on) and probe the wire from the battery terminal to the fuel pump you should get a light all the way through if it doesn't light up then there is a problem between the place you probed last and where you just probed... the other thing i can think off is it is probably just a faulty relay. the other thing i would check is make sure where you have put your earths that you have scrapped/sanded the paint off
  13. i believe fuel pump relay is negatively switched (activated). (i would make sure before reading the rest of this lol). find the negative switched wire (i think its black with pink stripe from memory, (it was on my car anyhow)) splice into it run it out the the 85 on your relay 30 to battery (with fuse) loop 86 back to 30(so that 86 has bat + on it) and 87 out to the fuel pump.
  14. So you have removed the alarm unit? Try checking all fuses with a test light, some fuses look fine but are blown.Immobilisers generally have fuses close by the unit, follow all wiring related to it and check fuses.
