  5. thread revival, did u end up using the old pcv port on the vacuum tube to mount the map sensor ? does it work ok ?
  6. apparently i dont have a hicas pump, thats the power steer. but its the chunk that sits beside the oil filter.

  10. abs unit no leaks at all, looks pretty new - $100 entire aircon setup - $250 hicas pump and chunk that sits near the diff (no lines!!) - $50 stuffed tein hr coilovers (need rebuild) $50 aac/idle control valve gear (no rubber hoses tho) - $50 pioneer front and rear speakers + head unit (normal size dunno how big good cond) $100 manifolds - $200 gtr fuel pump - $100 stock cam gears - $50 carbon canister - $25 rotors - good cond $50 oil/water seperator - $25 cheers.

  13. lol mate that is rubbish, auto f6/xr6t's have been run time and time again into the tens with stock engines, turbos and stock rear ends. even 9's. 4 spd auto was shit but the zf is a dam tuf box. manual utes have been known to break diff mounts with very rough driving, but still very rare. cv's and axle's do break but to someone with experience with last a very long time !!! your mate can't drive.
  14. immaculate, 94000 kms on them. no shaft play whatsoever.

  16. abolutely, the ba bf panels lined up like twisties. thats another thing that makes the fg a better car. they are straight as a dye.
  17. ah thought u were talking fg f6. but anyhow everything i have said still applies. the one in the pic is a bf and has the true gt35. fg's are 4 sure a newer better car tho. good luk with the decision !!
  18. yer i still got the abs mate i only jak from the cross mem, or if u have a big pad on top of the trolley jak its ok on the chas. lookin good anyhoo !!
  19. on the fg's, the f6 models have a larger turbo. not like the ba/bf where they were all true gt35 1.06. the xr max out at around 330rwk. f6 well over 400. i would personally go the f6, got all the good gear and more desirable. the 50th ann xr is still just an xr. btw dont get a manual.
