  1. Anyone know how much of this system will fit an R34 GTR V-Spec II (with all that underbody carbon aero stuff)?
  2. hi mate, still got the set with marks on 'em? If so, email me the pictures when you get the chance. jsl [at] jimsy.com. thanks.
  3. Managed to reset the device by holding down the II button and then starting the car.
  4. I have a strange problem with mine. It just flashes orange for about 30-60s when I start the car, and it also did this when I got it into this state. I think I got the controller into this state by holding the II button down when it was solid green. Pressing momentarily or holding down I or II makes no difference. How do I get it out of this mode now? Thanks!
  5. cheers mate. loved those rims!
  6. Hi, I'm looking for standard BoV's for/from an R34 GTR, with plumbback piping. If you are interested, I have 2x HKS SSQV (not the updated model), as a trade option. PM me if you have or know of any. Thx, Jim.
  7. I'm happy to report that it is now installed in an R34 GTR VSpec II. After a short 20min drive in the wet, I can definitely say that the FWD kicks in alot earlier and harder than before, but it was hard to notice until you really cranked the system up to 10. I'll put this down to my gutless driving. So that being said, I think this unit will let me explore the Attessa features without having to take a corner as hard as you would normally. Great fun, worth the money, and I reckon the best way to get the most out of your GTR. Things to note. On my controller, - Solid Green, Level 10, is sweet! - Solid RED, RWD only, does nothing, and based on what I've read on SAU, not something I should even be trying! - Blinking RED, 50/50 mode, appears to do nothing as well. Instructions for Attessa ET-S Pro. - As per previous posts. Instructions were incorrect for switch wiring. I found this works. - Blue wire to 1b. - Black wire to 1. - White wire to 1a. Attached are pictures of the install, if you're interested. Controller unit mounted under the drink holder. You'll notice a little pocket there in one of the images. Button and LED will most likely be mounted on the DIN panel below the headunit. Wiring all wrapped in electrical tape, cos I'm paranoid about the transmission heat.
  8. Hi Duncan, I found a wiring diagram in an R34 GTR Service Supplement for the Attessa ET-S Pro system. Based on the diagram, but correct me if I am wrong, the connections should be: 1. Side G Sensor is RED (no. 6 on plug-side). 2. Power is WHITE (no. 12 on plug-side). 3. Gnd is GREEN or BLACK/WHITE (no. 16 or xx on plug-side). Will wait for you to confirm before installing
  9. Thanks Duncan. Look forward to hearing from you. I have a multimeter, so if that is faster/easier for you, I don't mind you walking me through to pick out the wires.
  10. Hi Duncan, The instructions talk about a Blue/Yellow, Orange/Black and White/Blue wires. I don't have any of these! Instead, I have Green, White, Red, Black, Black/White on what I think is the plug to the G-sensor. I've attached pictures of the wires to/from the sockets/plugs to give you some bearings. Car is a R34 GTR Vspec II. Hope you can help
  11. Thanks Duncan. I received mine today, and I will be installing it this weekend. Looks very neatly made and nice instructions too.
  12. I used to run 235/45/R17's on my GT-T. I would not say its the best choice, if you're looking for good cornering/responsiveness etc. but it did make driving the car feel nicer on highways etc, uno, when you're just taking things easy. The GT-T still cornered great in my opinion, but I never really pushed the car too hard.
  13. My newly acquired R34 GTR VSpec II. Enjoy!
  14. Thrilled to finally make the list, I've sent my payment through, and I can't wait to get it. Really gotta get serious and get my car on the track one day.
  15. Hey Duncan, Would love to get my hands on one of these. Please add me to the waiting list too. Cheers, Jim.
  16. I don't recommend them. If you'r just buying something of them, maybe Ok, but I think their service to me was rude and unsatisfactory. I had my front bar repaired and repainted and a few other repairs done through them, and I found the workman ship to be very poor. Worst thing was they wouldn't admit it when I showed them. This happened late last year. Jim.
