^^LOL. Damn Nistune not fixing your windows! Just got my Nistune done this week. Power delivery is so smooth now. Car made a lot more power on a lot less boost than my old piggyback i had with the same mods. I highly recommend this for anyone with basic bolt on mods or all out car with all the fruit. And thanks to the Chasers crew!

Hey all, Thought i would add my Nistune experience. I got a Nistune installed in my S14a, and tuned this week by the boys at Chasers. Cant be happier with the results. My car made a heap more power on less boost. Thanks to Glenn and Paul at chasers for the work. Very thorough and professional. Car feels and drive great. One problem though......it has not stopped bloody raining since i got the thing arghhhhhh!!

I did a defensive driving course at Sandown it was over ten years ago now. Before hoon laws for in force. The guys let us have a little burnout comp. lol. It was great to learn how ya car reacts under hard braking in the wet etc. When i first bought my S14 (first turbo car) coming onto the Eastern Fwy around the bend hit boost and the back came out and scared the sh*t out of me. In the wet my car is a nighmare. Coilovers or stiff suspension and boost is not a good mix on wet roads.

My SR has done 170K. No signs of slowing (190RWKW) My old RB30e had done over 350k with years of abuse all day everyday. Those things are nuclear proof. If we had a Nuclear war after everything has settled, all that would be left is RB30 blocks scattered around the planet!!

Yea +1 for a large towel. Pref microfibre. YOu can buy large ones at most auto places. OCW is a great spray wax, which i use between full waxing. You get these from Final Inspection or carcareproducts.com.au i have used these guys a fair bit. I dont know about you guys but i love having an arsenal of cleaning products for my car. I have found from experience that paying that little extra is well worth it.

If the spacers you are running have the little lip they wont fit on standard Nissan rims. I had some bolt on spacers and R32 gtst rims wouldnt fit. I just modified the spacer to fit. To be honest i would stay away from floating spacers.

You wuill see on most larger sclae turbo the inlet has little holes or a lip in it. It is there to stop or help reduce compressor surge. Due to the amount of boost these turbos run it help created a bit of turbulence and the air running over these "holes" is what is creating your whistle. I am sure there is more to it, but that is my limited knowledge.

you can def get them new for less than $300. Just be aware you need to buy the plug also. I got mine second hand with plug for $200. If going second hand just make sure the mesh is in place.

I used to go cruising all the time with mates when i was young. Back then i had a 1600 with an angry L20 and twin webbers. We used to cruise all night and never got hassled by the po po. I dont even drive my car on the weekends at night anymore. Just not worth it. The last 6 months has just become stupid with getting pulled over for nothing and getting reamed. I had to go to Frankston a while back for a mates wedding. got a defect and an EPA on Nepean Hwy. Once in Franga it was crazy. Every set of lights young dudes wanting to drag doing burnouts in front of me in their fully sik Vt commos. I understand why the cops are clamping down because of idiots like this, its just we are easy targets.

Got a set of Koni Yellow adjustable shocks to suit an S14/15. No leaks or knocks in great nic. Dampert adjustable. Comes with either standard springs or rear Apexi and front Kmac lowered. Selling due to purchase of coilovers. I am in Doncaster area. This how the car sat with the lowered springs.
