I've done it on my old laser, just to match up the numbers when I swapped a good cluster in to my broken down hunk of junk.
If you have a tiny flathead screw driver (the sort you would use for computer parts), it's possible to get between and kind of seperate the numbers from each other, then turn the numbers to what you want...... then remove the screwdriver and it should click back in place.
This also has potential to wreck the whole mechanism. I would never do it on the skyline cause the clusters are actually worth decent money lol. But the laser cluster cost me $20, so I thought I'd give it a go.
For anyone reading this, thinking I'm a criminal... let me tell you..... when I changed the ODO on the laser, I was actually winding it FORWARDS to match
