  2. Dave, some flutter is available if you set it right.... I've had it flutter lightly yes
  3. Do I have to remove the whole back section of the exhaust to get the cat out? I think I just realised this to be true
  4. Grrrrrrr can't get damn cat out..... it's held in well with studs + bolts. Got the bolts off but the studs it seems are welded to / are a part of the cat. Any tips?

  6. Decat pipe arrived today... I'm excited/nervous to put it in!
  7. $300 now. It's also now off the car ready to go to a good home
  8. What else have you done to the car recently? I'd be inclined to think it's a vacuum leak somewhere at one of your intercooler piping joins or something similar. I had a shitty high pitched whining noise coming from where my bov meets the crossover pipe, turns out the gasket wasn't sealing it properly so when there was 7+psi of boosted air going past it, it would leak out and make a sound like air escaping from a tiny hole in a balloon.
  9. AAC valve as already mentioned.. or could be related to an atmospheric-venting blow off valve (if you have one installed)
  10. oooooooh can we dispose of it somewhere fun? treat it like a dead body and all lol
  11. Hahahahaha nothing against skinnys...... if that's what you're referring to
  12. Also r32 actuator installed.... haven't smashed WOT through it yet but I will when I go out again
  13. Grats Tristan..... now all you need is a nice shade of lipstick to go with the *cough cough* 180.
  14. What do you mean by the 'standard hose'? I've always been under the impression the standard return hose feeds it back between the AFM and the turbo.
