am looking for the stock suspension setup (spring, shocks, mounts) for a r32gtst. doesn't matter if it has lowered springs or normal springsas long the shocks are in decent condition. prefer perth area but willing to pay for postage from other areas

hi, sorry if i am posting at the wrong place but i tried searching for the the correct topic but cant seem to find it (maybe using the wrong keywords). i just bought a 1991 r32 gts, it has a set of D2 coilovers which are way too hard for my liking. The springs also seem short as i can't seem to wind it up to increase ride height. my question is what are the best spring rates for normal street use and secondly; are there different heights for coilover springs?
