So just entered the SAU day for Sydney motorsport park so i now have a true deadline of october 29th to get her ready. So went on a mission at lunch dropped the templates off to Smithfield plastics to get the lexen quarter windows and sunroof. For only $155 needed to cover all 3 its a pretty damn good price fully laser cut to within the mm. So just need to modify the front bar to fit round the cooler and get a filter to vent the catch can and shes ready to go! Bring on the 29th of october lol!

Just random ones um for wasteland search in the filter "steak and beer" or Fr34k they are aussie based one that run wasteland and dayz mods. Recently found a NZ one that has been modded for DayZ, has less zombies outside of major towns and more weapons. I had a game last night and within 20 mins i found a gillie suit lol. But only had a hatchet, quite funny seeing a sniper with a hatchet lol. And alot of people seemed to team up on that server and not kill each other. Good for a loan wolf like me hunting packs down

In, this time i dont care if i cant walk or breath im gonna make a tech night this year. Considering this was one of my suggestions in the future tech night thread i better come lol. Just give me a friendly reminder the week before lol.

Hi guys and gals. So been getting back into ARMA2 heaps lately and am looking for a few people to come join. As its alot more fun in a small squad then alone. My steam id is Night_18 so just add me on there or just pm me here with your steam id. I play nearly every night of the week from about 830 till late. No need for experience, noobs are more then welcome as im nowhere near a pro myself lol. I like to play as independent in wasteland and just go causing trouble at other peoples bases. And in Dayz just looking to have a small group to try survive alot longer then what i normally do (which is only an hour or so max lol) Hope to hear from a few of you soon. P.S I can organize and do have a Team Speak 3 channel we can use as well.

yah pretty close lol. If i could put up with excessive wind noise i could take it out lol, and as long as its not raining. Plexi glass will be ordered next week as i now have a template for the quarters. Thinking of getting them done professionally then if any other SAU members want to grab a set the template will already be there.

So at the moment that little brass bit is still open. Not sure where that could have gone before as the can is second hand. better to maybe merge the 2 rockers together before catch can and then vent to atmo??

Its not a vented catch can. Considering she is track only it will be checked throughout the day, and also before and after each track day. Have got the windows installed. Shall put some pics up when i get home. Makes it look like almost a complete car. Just need some new spark plugs and some new fuel. Plus the plexi glass quarters and sunroof. Shes got a little bit of smoke on start up and while running. Smells a little oily. I think maybe the 33 turbo seals might be rat poo. Hope not i at least want to get one track day out of her before spending any more money on engine lol. And yes pete you are a sexy mountain of a man

Yah the entire front end is pretty much from fatz. Intercooler, Front bar, Lights, blinkers, radiator, front glass, rear glass, bar support front, carbon style grille, both harnesses. So yah lol a fair bit of money has gone his way

Ah just the stocker. I couldnt rape his old beast to much lol. Ive already grabbed the harnesses and now the rear window lol. Pretty sure im gonna have to give him a free sponsor spot on my car cause half the stuff in it is from him

MMMMM straight through goodness lol. Ill keep it in mind So big update, well not really just picks. Plumbed up the catch can properly, ordered the windows off FATZ so they will be coming and be installed on monday She will look like a new car with glass in the rear and a non smashed front screen. Decided will attempt to plexi the quarters and sunroof. Cant wait to see what it looks like. Then shes ready to go! Also installed second hand dash cluster. Purely for the RPM. The dash lights work. Tacho works. Speedo needs the drive in the RB25 box modified. Fuel gauge, oil pressure and boost not working as the rear harness is only a 7 core trailer wire i did myself and using aftermarket oil pressure gauge. But makes the interior look complete. Needs door trims as well. Here's some recent picks of exhaust and engine. Please not the catch can lines have now been secured with a single U clamp to the RH T belt bolt area. So holds them down off the bonnet

So update- Exhaust has been modified now so a full system can run with a muffler and a cannon out the back 3 1/2 inch. Now all thats required is to unbolt the 3 bolt flange and swap the full system for the side pipe. Now she just needs window glass and i can take her out on track. Not bad going from a rolling shell to full car in under 12 months.
