  1. Free to spectate 180fan im pretty sure. Have to double check. If you want to passenger there is like a $10 fee i think.
  2. Found problem, the faulty factory ECU was the cause. Another ECU plugged in and fixed the drama
  3. So with a multimeter i have tested from ecu pin to front of ignitor, all good, from back of ignitor to coil pack plug. All good. Possibly be an ECU fault?
  4. not yet, just found the diagram of the pinouts so will do that next. Having power at all 6 wires into the ignitor, would that suggest all ok on that side? it shows a constant earth signal using an LED test light connected to power.
  5. Hi guys. mechanic by trade and ive hit a brick wall. ive got my track 32 gtst with a stock rb20 running stock ecu. problem ive got i have signal wires to every coil coming out of the ignitor except to cylinder 6. Have swapped ignitor modules same thing. There are 6 signals into the ignitor but only 5 coming out. Have swapped the coil harnes and same issue. Tried switching coil packs. Same thing. Injectors all been serviced and tested with a noid light. Caat find any answers using google. Have talked to JEM and im awaiting ADAM to get get back to me. This problem has been there since day dot. Car was a $400 shell and ive built her from scratch. If you need more info on the car just click the link in my sig to save me typing the whole thing up. Cheers.
  6. Got my rims and tires sorted. Arggggg just need oil change and shes ready!
  7. So got me some fancy new (second hand) rims yeaterday. What a bargain price I pretty much just stole them haha. Local tire mob i used flung me some decent second hand Bridgestone and Continental 225/45/17's to get me through the track day for now. Rims look sexy and fast IMO. My local tire shop also does the Handcook semi slicks so may look into those once my wallet recovers from other life spendages. Trailer and tow car organised for the track day, ignitor problem solved. Now just needs an oil change and a once over, plus a wash before the big day. Only a few weeks out getting super pumped. Go pro is fully working now with bigger memory card so should have some decent vids finally.
  8. Had my hi flow done by GCG good result and a 41kw increase at the same 10psi as the stock turbo was running. Had 157kw before now smack on 200kw at the wheels. On a RB25DET with 200,000km lol
  9. UNDER A MONTH TO GOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tad excited, car trailer organised for free to
  10. Ok getting to the bottom of this missfire. Found all signals into ignotor module to be correct. But the pulses out of the ignitor are not. There is a pulse missing from cylinder 6 on the coil side of the ignitor. Just need to find a cheap ignitor unit and should be set Also had all 6 injectors serviced off car, cleaned and flow tested
  11. LOL ive brought enough parts from him, no need for reach arounds
  12. Injectors being serviced today, will be doing the SMSP SAU track day on the 22nd of September, passenger sessions allowed so if you want a ride b4 you buy, head down

  18. So good news. Mates got a trailer for me. Tow car will be easy to get. Found the missfire. Number 6 injector leaking. Will pull apart shortly and get all 6 serviced. Then some fresh tires on some stock 16inch wheels. And shes ready for the track! Just under a month now getting excited.
  19. Yah or you can also get a club racing license through SAU once your a member. This covers you for most of our club days including the upcoming one at SMSP and texi. I currently just have this license. But if your racing more often then a CAMS one is much better.
  20. So hows things looking for this golf day? Im keen as and havent played for months.
  21. Well technically i dont need to put it on a hoist. To check oil leaks and each wheel bearing a jack and stands does the job
  22. Good to see you found the right fittings. This will make the install that little bit easier
  23. Hey mate do you have the dump pipe to match the rear turbine housing? Reason for removing it from your previous car?
  24. Bring it to my workshop in blacktown. I have my ticket to do pink slips. All skylines welcome. anything over 250kw requires me to test drive for "safety" reasons $35 and i dont even need to put it on a hoist.
