  1. Just to be clear, it was a few years ago that I looked into being able to arrange compliance. With the rules shifting and sentiments from Dept of infrastructure changing, I can not be sure that it's still possible at this point so anyone looking to buy should take this into account.
  2. Happy to do another one mate, though the pricing won't be as tight as this buy was - unfortunately the poor old AUD is getting r@ped at the moment. I'll put together some pricing and let you know what we can do

  7. I'm good to go whenever, not sure if the rules allow me as a business trader to conduct the group buy myself and I know that Ash has far too much on his plate right now
  8. Definitely, though our pricing has reduced quite a bit anyway due to the stronger AUD since we originally conducted this GB
  9. Good to see, hope this gains some momentum. See so many Skylines at track days run elsewhere that never pop up in SAU Vic events - build it and they will come.
  10. Hi Mate, do you have the original airbag steering wheel, if so - is it in good shape? Cheers Aaron
  11. haha, well maybe you should send me some info on this Caddy - probably an easier sell than a Skyline so it could work out ;0)

  13. hmmmm tempting, dunno if I can handle the power
  14. GT-R yes, but no GTS-T sorry mate
  15. r34 parts will be minimal to be honest mate. I have a BNR34 V-Spec rear carbon diffuser and that's about it for the moment. And it's not something I need to get rid of quickly to clear space Guys here's the series 3 brand new xenons. Bought them for my own car that's now for sale so no longer needed. $1700 firm. Bank transfer or cash only. Postage extra if required
  16. I know for sure that I'd be struggling to find one in Japan in this shape and bring it in for these sorts of $$ nowadays, as the really clean GT-Rs are appreciating in value year on year over there But I did price it tight in hopes of moving it on quicker, rather than putting a higher price tag on it and sitting on it for a few months waiting for the right person to come along.
  17. Hey Guys, well I put it off for as long as possible, but I just can't justify hanging onto her. Selling a very clean, neat and close to stock standard genuine 1997 series 3 BCNR33 GT-R. With all the bits and pieces that make the series 3 that little bit nicer, like the red trim on the interior and the xenon headlights (which on this car are not cloudy and yellow like many others) In excellent condition, there are minimal non factory parts on the car. Do Luck floor brace, carbon fibre blade on the rear wing, carbon fibre look dash pieces, Blitz Dash Cluster showing 85344kms - real kms unknown but judge the cars condition, it's very tidy! HKS catback exhaust and a boost guage. I *think* that's about it. The engine is stock and has recently had a FULL service, including timing belt, water pump, tensioner etc. Also all new fluids throughout, new spark plugs etc - car has done no driving since all of that was carried out. This is no maintenance moneypit waiting to happen as all the big bucks have just been spent. Brand new tyres on the factory wheels. Price includes RWC and 12 months registration Inspections are welcome, happy to take the vehicle to a nearby workshop for a mechanical inspection as well. For serious buyers, I will arrange an unregistered vehicle permit for a test drive. Is fitted with an alarm/immobiliser and remote central locking also. $20000 ono. Contact through here or via email to [email protected] or phone at 03 90080031

  19. BCNR33 GT-R Bootlid and wing from 98 modelvV-Spec. Excellent condition with one small pin dent $250 ono Don't want to post this one guys, so local sales only unless you're prepared to pay for time and materials to couriermuppet proof it.
  20. OK finally getting on top of things lads, so here's a few bits and pieces to get started with Brand new Apex'i powerfc to suit BNR34. In box with hand controller. Model serial - PFC BNR34L 020-0868 $800 ono
  21. Yeah I didn't anticipate being down 33% of my staff for the last month, has made things a bit tough at this end. The move has drawn out for about 2 weeks longer than it should have
  22. As an import broker, I completely agree with you mate. When looking at cars over 10 years old, the reading on the odometer is really the last thing I consider. However I can tell you that the vast majority of people we source cars for are hugely caught up on the kms showing on the dash. And even absolute dungers going through auction will fetch big dollars often purely on the basis of those kms. My old white R34 GT-R was a perfect example. People turned their noses up at it because it had 112000kms on it. Yet it was one of the cleanest, straightest examples I've seen. Inside and out. The engine was strong and healthy, the gearbox was the tightest, nicest getrag I'd driven.
  23. Of course no one would ever dream of rewinding the odometer to match the kms at the last shaken, prior to dereg....
  24. Generally what they rely upon is showing a copy of the Japanese deregistration which has the kms recorded upon it. People then make the assumption that the kms showing on the deregistration were taken when the vehicle was deregistered for export. However in reality, the kms showing on the dereg are actually the kms recorded the last time the shaken was renewed which could be several years prior to dereg. What some nice people are doing is rewinding the kms to the point showing on the dereg and then using the deregistration as "proof" that the kms are legit. If you're lucky enough to even see that certificate, you'd go away quite satisfied. Unless you read what I just posted, of course.
