Are the series 2's really worth the extra cost though? Besides that mint blue one that was sold on here I don't think its worth the extra cash, from what I've seen the interior is a little better, the diff is a little better and thats about it Im pretty sure, mine was a series 1 and that had factory xenon's, nismo kit, gauges and suspension etc etc Each to there own but just think of the mods you could do with the money saved if you buy a series 1 34, 5k or more goes along way

Thats been on gumtree for a bit, looks ok in the pics but I personally would be very very cautious of buying cars from that area , who knows how many cars that actually is joined together. Im in the same boat as you at the moment, looking for a 33, 32 or a 34 thats half decent and has a rwc, I missed out on a nice white 33 that was on here, that sold within a week, the good ones sell quick, the ones with issues or are over priced stay on carsales for ages. The problem is that guys selling ones that are stock standard think there worth a crap load because of that, whereas to someone wanting to mod, even midly, its just not finaically smart to buy a 100% stock one, the other problem is the ones that are modded are either done very badly or have been poorly treated. From my experience buying cheap skylines or any cheap import for that matter will only give you problems. There are bargains out there but 99% of the time you get what you pay for. Are you trying to convince yourself or everyone else? End of the day its still an auto GT (not having a go at the guy selling), whether it has some factory optioned bits on it doesnt take away the fact that you thought that n/a ones are worth more then turbo'd versions, it just makes no sense at all, the p plater market is very small and the p platers that are buying skylines prob arnt going to spend turbo car money on an n/a, most wait till they are of there p's and then just buy a turbo'd skyline. Seriously stop posting rubbish and let the guy sell his car, if people want to spend the cash on it they will, but writing deluded comments about the cars worth is just annoying.

That's a grossly underestimated amount, try at least 1.5k+, by time you buy a box plus clutch and flywheel, pedal box etc etc and then everything else needed its not cheap, thats why if you want a manual you just buy one, its not worth the hassle. Not having a go at this guy selling his car but all your doing if giving him false hope, I dont think P plater or anyone for that matter is that stupid, with your logic an auto civic is worth more then a GTR because its non turbo and P platers are going to buy it.

Basically people that buy skylines to rice them up or look cool are no better then the numptys driving lancers with bodykits and chromies, all there doing is giving the skyline a bad name and reputation, there is a big big difference between someone upgrading there car for looks or performance, all these guys on stance nation or whatever have rocks in there heads seriously. Back to the main question, you can still have decent offset or dish without running mexican fitment or overly stretched tyres, just have to pick the offset and style of wheel to suit.

Hi all, I have my 2001 liberty B4 for sale but Im looking at getting back into a skyline anyways so thought I would advertise it here aswell, Im interested in a R33 but would consider a R32, must be manual and turbo. Surprisingly quick car and decent handler, much nicer then a wrx of the same period, due to the twin turbo setup torque is almost everywhere in the rev range. It has just ticked over 182,000km's, its stock as a rock besides a rear bolt on apexi muffler (not shown in pics), stock was insanely quite. Unlike alot of B4's this has been looked after, owned by the Luby family (guys in Vic should know who this is), I am the second owner. Has a dealer fitted sunroof, not many B4's have these so its a nice option. I am happy to supply a rwc for the right price, wont need anything as it passed an inspection only a few months ago. $10,990.
