i put a thread on WTB section. he stated that it cost $2K new, and its standard bore (86mm). i know CP, wiseco, venolia forged RB25det etc2, but i never heard of os giken making forged rb25det. well i read somewhere in gtroc that u can custom order for rb26. i'm just trying to clarify whether its a forged or a cast. what clearance to they use? etc i'll post some pics to clarify, though. thanks nismoid.

hi all, im currently rebuilding my spare engine at my garage. ATM, looking for a good & cheap shop in canberra to: - shot peened my gtr rods & freshen up the rod stud bores. - decked bottom end surface (before putting head gasket) - freshen up the bore before putting new studs. - balanced my crankshaft and how much $$ im going to spend each? i'm not looking for a cryogenic cranks etc, just to do basic rebuild stuff. and lastly, does anyone have any prev exp for tuning pfc in canberra? i know lots of famous one in sydney but i wont be able to drive it to sydney. thanks.

hi all i just got an offer for my forged pistons. the guy stated that it was an os giken rb25det forged pistons. AFAIK, os giken only made stroker kit for 3.0L. could it be a custom order? or its just a standard cast pistons? i will supply some pics from the owner tomorrow. thanks.

spotted black R33 GTR with www.skylinesaustralia.com on the front windshield. it was on belconnen maccas around 3am sunday morning. some punks revs their wagon in front of drive thru' to get some attention. pity! lols.

hi, i need to revive the thread. i found a broken gt35r with 0.63 rear housing. the seller stated it needs a new rear wheel, and the other parts is still good. my question: how much is the rear wheel parts only, is it a DIY job to change the rear wheel or u need to bring it to a turbo repairer such as gcg or else. cheers.

i got a deal for MFD, it cost me total 400. instead of ugly gauges i pillar A, i'll put 3-way sound system. but my R34 25gt didnt have any gauges in the middle dash. and there are no marks for me to open the dashboard and gain access to gauges mounting brackets. might as well cut the middle dash with dremel and create new brackets?

do you have any idea how to put GTR MFD to R34 non-turbo? do i have to cut the dashboard? thanks
