hi guys just been thinking about doing a 25/30...if i do it. it will look just like a stock 25( i here you ask way would you) will some of you know i have a GQ patrol with a RB25DET in it but off road its not the best i need more low down which the 30 will give so will the Stock bottom end of the 30 hold up to at least 15PSI??? if i put the 25 head on it the compression will drop. how do i get it back up to 9.1? what pistions need to be used? can you still run the oil sqirters? do you need to fit the knock sensors in to the RB30??? if not i want to anyway... can i use my RB25 water pump?? what oil pump and do you think it is a good idea to fit oil ristrictors?? pics of build up would help

ok there one with the black band (A46-00 1c551020 ) are out of a SR20DE so what ever cc they are

oh they have JECS on the side of them

they come out of SR20 i think i just dont know what one

i was thinking S15 but the S15 one i have seen are red tops with a green band down the bottom near the O-ring

engine is stock dose it hot dont know about cold as i dont push it hard when cold engine revs fine like normal untill 4-4500 under load with no load it will rev freely past 4-4500

hi guys have 2 different typs injectors here there red tops but one has a black band on the bottom and one has a red beand just like to know what there out of and what cc there are numbers on the one with black band A46-00 1c551020 numbers on the one with red band A46-00 0P553412

still building it just wating for the intercool to finish off the Intake i have not done the plugs on it but had them out and they seem to look ok...mybe do them tomorrow any particular brand??? NGK platium plugs cost a bit or toyota have platium plugs for $6 a plug wich would be the same as the NGKs

Thanks to every one who PMed me about an ECU but have found one picking it up wednesday

here is a pick of my ECU i'm still after one the blue sticker was over the top of the black one

ok got it to work off a green wire on the ECU but it will only work on 4cly if i put it to 6cly it will hit 2K and drop back to 0 at idle on 6cly it sits on 600rpm on 4 cly it sits at 1000rpm

tryed that not working i have tryed the wire in the engine bay nothing....i have tryed the wire off the ECU nothing the tacho is a saas 3 3/4" i think it is wired up ok..

yep thats the one and i was not driving it around knowing it is broken (not that it is broken it's Kinket ) i only just seen it today now back to what i asked can it effect any of the above

Is the HKS 2530 bigger then the stock turbo??..if so it will not fit as the stock turbo is just about sitting on the engine mount i was thinking about the RB30 bottom end but was told that it is not as reliable

hi guys i have a GQ patrol with a RB25DET in it and was thinking of the best way to go to get more low end power but yet it can still hold its own in the top end i would like to get at lest 200kw at the wheels but keeping in mind i'am not running 17's i have 35x12.5 15 i was thinking hi-flow R33 turbo, 550cc injectors, maybe power FC or nistune, front mount but dont know what size was thinking 600x300x50 with 2.5" in and out let...i can't think of anything els what do you guys think any help would be good
