    Mine started to heat up especially with A/C turned on or on dyno. Ebay alum. asi performance 52mm $199 delivered! Sits at 84-85'c with A/C on, boosting and Qld summer. ### p.s. guage didn't move from 1/2 even at 99'c!!! ###

    Got power to pump + No fuel pressure before filter = Replace pump (I had a walbro full of sand + Sock intack and not damaged = warranty)

    And cleaned properly!!! machining cast will bring carbon to surface and if not cleaned with solvent will cause slipping & shuddering.

    Ballast on S2 stagea, between headlight and hi beam - bolted to side of headlight. Will have to remove headlight to access - remove grill, then hi beam - front bar stays in place ###dont forget bolts from rear of rad support panel###

    Weatherstrips - best to remove side glass first - use pick or small screwdriver to remove plastics clips from inside door. Outside Door moulds - glued on and locators(no clips) - pull hard Roof racks - bolted and doudle sided tape - remove headlining to access bolts - Be careful!! (cast alloy)

    Got pulled over twice in 2 days just a few weeks ago, first just a lazy sunday arvo RBT - no problems. Second was a late monday night, got followed for a few kms, then flashed, so RBT + full check under bonnet. Idiot kept asking 'how much boost does it run' and pointing at T-piece??? Replied 'I didn't know overboost was Illegal'!!! Couldn't defect so he wrote a $320 ticket for undue noise!!!

    Abs ecu will need signals from engine ecu - tacho & speed. Engine loom should have wires spliced already if abs was fitted in half cut. Simply match up wires to body loom. Abs relays (above abs pump) also play up esp if playing in that area. Also check LH front abs sensor is plugged in - sometimes wires run in engine loom.

    I can see your point regarding push clutches being alot cheaper, but alot of work to save few bucks esp if box is ok. Complete GTR R32 box inc. fork and throw out should go straight into RS4S with only push slave cylinder needed and maybe modified flexi-line. Gtr do also run a booster on clutch so be aware!
