also if removing rocker covers to paint what should be used to clean them with? good idea to cover up the inside with something when painting?

non load sensitive flasher relay should fix that problem, you'll need to change the pins on the loom but it is not difficult

im suprised too, it runs so much smoother than the stock computer just plugging it straight in. i dont want to spend 500+ on a tune, then in 2 months time upgrade the turbo etc which im planning to do and then have to spend the same again to get it tuned again

I've just put a powerfc in, still waiting to put in new mods before I take it to the dyno though, glad to see that around 30-40 knock isnt really worth worrying about, the highest i've seen under load was around 13 on the basic out of the box default

all sweet got it in there and works perfect now, couldnt get the spade terminals out of the old loom so i snipped them and reattached new ones, haha

went to repco where i got the narva LED blinkers from, the useless bastards dont even stock that narva product code i found before for the other relay got this one from supercheap, plugged it in and it still blew the indicator fuses so maybe the original wires do connect to the wrong part (which sounds really wierd) its a 12v 3 pin non-load sensitive which i was hoping would be fine fishhy any idea what to do with this unit to rewire the original loom? whats the L, P for?

just switched to LED turn signals myself for the new topsecret front bar, tried a cheap flasher relay today, didnt work at all and blew the hazard fuse and the indicator fuse. does anyone have an actual brand and/or product # for a relay that works? Id like to go and buy one tomorrow, really only have supercheap in walking distance from work and they are usually pretty useless in there when it comes to knowing what to get so id rather just be able to walk in and grab it. EDIT: just doing some quick research, looks like Narva product 68251BL will do the trick, ill pick one up tomorrow and let u know how it goes

if you get defected, wont you have to put the child restraint points back in?
