mine cost roughly- 60bucks for the perspex sheet,which is more than enough for 2 heatsheilds plus extra plus i bought a heatgun,holesaw drill bits,and jigsaw gear so mine was an expensive exercise as i didnt have the tools already was around $200 all up,but if you can borrow or already have the tools needed it shouldnt be more than just the sheet of perspex and an afternoon of your time i still cant upload pics but will do once i can again

hey dude will post up some pics later(sau wont let me upload pics at the moment) it can be a tedious time consuming job to get right,but it definately helps i made a radiator air guide thing as well to push some air from behind the grill into the pod,and made an extension piece from the standard air snorkel to over the pod,as well as the heatshield its all made of tinted perspex with the aid of a heat gun,holesaws and jigsaw work just take your time and be patient mate
